Good Dim Sum food cart. It can get very busy during weekends due to tourist buses. Excellent quality for Chinese party food. Unfortunately, they closed down in July 2017 and moved to Maryland.

I can't wait for them to reopen in their new location on Rockville Pike. Kingdom Shrimp and China Garden filet mignon is a real treat!!!

I used to be a motorcoach operator and brought many Asian Tour groups to this restaurant.
The food was always delicious. I was last at this restaurant in 2008.
If Asians eat at an Asian food establishment, the food has to be good. The food tastes just like quality restaurants in Chinatown, NYC

Pretty mediocre, but that might have been my bad for showing up right at the end of dim sum service. I got served cold squid, which luckily they replaced, and dumplings that had the stale texture of having been sitting out for hours. Would have been better if they had just told me no more dim sum.

Dim sum on a Saturday noon was surprisingly not busy. The dumplings we're good, not great. The roast duck was amazing, huge, fatty and full of flavor. The ginger scallion lobster was also ok. Service was very attentive. Validated parking in the basement.

Went there for a group function. Had the family style platters. Decent food, but the was nothing about the experience that would draw me back.

Good dim sum. Finishes by 2pm. There are better options at Seven Corners area. Validated parking.

Service is terrible, starting with the very unfriendly hostess and continuing with inattentive wait staff. Then the food😱. We went for dim sum and it was absolutely awful. Cold, tasteless, thick dumpling wraps, the taro dumpling was pale and uneatable. This place used to serve delicate and delicious food One had to wait for a dim sum table for at least half hour. When we went this time we were seated right away since the place was ⅓ empty. This should had been a warning that this place had deteriorated.

Beef and broccoli had an odd taste. Beef love neon was a bit oily and lacked some supplement AL vegetables to make the dish complete. They do have take out option, which is what we did.
