One of those theaters you go to because it's the only one around. Nothing special, but we usually enjoy our movie and facilities are clean.

Not sure if we will ever visit again after our most recent experience. Family was accosted multiple times to inform us our kiddo couldn't wear a costumekiddo pumped and big fan of movie. We honestly had no clue (wasn't posted on site when we bought tickets and didn't see a visible sign). We didn't mind the first heads-up from a staff member (even though they were fairly rude about it). It was the multiple times after within sight of the initialseriously, we were within the same 10 square feet of the lobby. They barely gave us time to get to a bathroom to remove the costume. Shame on you! Have some decency and general customer service. Movies are a fairly expensive purchase and are meant to be a night out of fun.

1. Post rules more visibly.
2. Talk to the parent/guardian to the side. Don't make an excited kid feel like they did something wrong.
3. Pay attention. There are not a lot of people working there. If one person has already said somethingleave the customer alone. Especially when they are not doing anything to harm anyone or your property.

It's alright. Old.. Needs renovations. Compared to my local theater in federal way this place is like ancient. I even found the screen on a new feature film to be small. Very small.

My 18 year old went to see a movie for date night. She didn’t have her ID for an R rated movie and does not drive so no drivers license. Her boyfriend had his ID so no issue there. I understand the policy of not letting those without appropriate ID see R rated movies. I get it.
However, I went in to give my permission for her to see the movie. From the get go, the person selling tickets was excessively rude. I explained I was the mom and gave my daughter’s birth date. She asked me if I had my daughter’s birth certificate on me. What normal person carries their 18 year old’s birth certificate on them at all times? Really? She then said my daughter could go in if I bought a ticket to see the movie as well. They are young adults on a date! I asked to speak with the manager and the ticket attendant who looked about 17 said “ I AM the manager and it’s our policy” in an even ruder tone. She even did a hair flip. At that point I left.
I understand having a policy but the WAY it is enforced counts too. Your management team needs some SERIOUS re-training on how to speak to customers and in conflict resolution. I will never return to this theater and I will encourage everyone I know to boycott it as well if this is a sample of the customer service one can expect there.

Matinee was great. Short line, fast service, and even a custodian coming in part way through the movie, quietly, just to make sure there weren't any problems.

Great theater on the hill. Always busy with lots of local food options nearby for a bite to eat before the movie. I would like to see it get a facelift however to compete with the premium theater set ups in Tacoma and Auburn.

Place looks like one of those old arcade businesses that are barely making it in the economy. Other than that, people have been nice but not friendly. Just "doing my job" type of people.

Oh my gosh I went there I have never had such great customer service in my life at this or any movie theater. The team there was so nice. Every person that I spoke to was in a good mood and very nice. My family had went in to the movie before me I had 2 Big drinks and a thing of popcorn they even followed me over to the door and opened it for me so nice.

The custimer service and just the staff in general are professionally and sincerely friendly. The atmosphere is clean, comfortable, and welcoming as can be. I always have had a great time watching movies here.
