  We had the best experience with Morgan and her team! As we were relocating, most of the process had to be done remotely and they did an outstanding job guiding us throughout!

  I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Morgan and the Sullivan Group. I reached out to her after being told by several other realtors that there was no way my family would be able to purchase in this market using a VA loan. Morgan took the challenge, referred us to a great local lender who specialized in VA loans, and a month later our very first offer was accepted under listing price on our beautiful dream home! She and her team were incredibly responsive, professional, and helpful, and took the time to explain every step of the process and answer all of my many questions so we could feel confident in our decision. Truly cannot thank them enough for everything!!

  I was very apprehensive in buying a new home in Santa Rosa. After spending 60 + years in Newport Beach. Plus I’m 78 years old! But Morgan Sullivan provided such care, professionalism and knowledge of the area, that everything went smoothly with not a hitch!…and since I am a veteran, her organization provided a bonus rebate after the purchase. I wholeheartedly recommend her and her organization😁👍

  Our family is so grateful to the Sullivan team for helping us find our home! As first-time homebuyers on a budget, we would have never found our perfect home unless we had fiercely competitive and on-top of it agents on our side. Julie Sullivan was just that. When we were about to settle on something that wasn’t our dream, Julie showed us a property that just came on the market and put together our offer that evening. We are so happy to be in our lovely home and have the Sullivan team to thank for it.

  Morgan is the absolute best realtor we have ever worked with. It took a bit to find someone who really took the time to understand our wants and needs and made sure we were always in the loop at all times. Patient, informative, professional caring- the list goes on. If it weren’t for our top notch realtor, we would never have been able to close on a house in the insane 2021 housing market. Do yourself a favor and work with the Sullivan Group. We had the opportunity to work with Julie throughout our real estate journey too, and she’s a gem as well. If you want things done correctly, quickly and proficiently- look no further!
