  The area was beautiful and we enjoyed the condo so much! The overall property and outside were very well maintained and felt like paradise! The place had a beautiful view of the ocean and two decks to enjoy the view! The grills were the cleanest we have seen and had a grass area right by the beach with provided beach chairs, lawn chairs and inside the condo had beach towels! The maintenance employees at the resort kept the area looking absolutely spotless and we would rate them so high! They were very detailed in keeping the place looking like paradise!
  The small beach in the front had great snorkeling on the right side and everyday we were able to than 10 turtles swimming past and around the reefs! Along with all others types of colorful fish, octopus and sea creatures!
  Would definitely come back again!

  My family was looking to buy our dream home in Maui, and we could not have picked a better agency than Sullivan Properties. Kevin and Pat were outstanding from start to finish. They were thorough, and constantly working hard to help make our dream a reality. Their local knowledge coupled with a true kindess was imperative in managing a difficult purchase. They handled every one of their responsibilities on time and with extra attention to detail which helped put us at ease throughout the process. We will forever be grateful to Kevin and Pat, and would recommend them to anyone interested in a smooth and professional home buying process in Maui.

  Pat, Kevin and Kelly made the process of selling our house quick and easy. They arranged for great pictures and videos, walked us through the paperwork, orchestrated all of the listings and publicity, and generated a lot of interest in our house. They also helped us to the right listing price that minimized our time to sell and maximized our sale price. Next time we buy or sell on Maui we’ll definitely use “Team Sullivan”! They were a pleasure to deal with.

  We have utilized Sullivan Properties for years. They are a 3 generation company that is exceptionally knowledgable about the island and the Vacation Rental business. We have always been impressed with their quick response to us as owners and to clients that rent our unit. Being an out of state owner, it is imperative to have someone who has their eye on the ball for you and our stress level has been almost non existent because we can turn to them for anything. They have expertly guided us through many issues ranging from property tax forms and beach impact studies to recreational suggestions and everything in between. We've rested easy knowing our best interests as owners are being cared for. When it became necessary to sell our unit, they went above and beyond. Referring Sullivan Properties is easy for us because they have constantly proven their competency time and time again! Our future island business will always got to Sullivan Properties!
