This location is connected to a hotel, so you can sit in the hotel lobby to drink your coffee and work. The hotel food is good, but expect hotel food pricing. The lights are very dim, which is a nice ambience, except when you are at a coffee shop to work. It's okay on a laptop, bu there is no way you can read a book. There are nice tables and couches and you can almost always find a spot to sit.

One of my favorite spots to grab a coffee, catch up with friends, or just come here to study and chill. This location is located inside the Ace Hotel, which is perfect as you can purchase your coffee and then go to the hotel lobby to find seating or go peruse the shops in the hotel. The line is usually out the door, but moves super quick! The baristas are also nice and helpful. They have solid drinks at a reasonable price!

I wanted to come to this coffee shop since I checked it on the web.
It was a nice, good looking cafe, surving good coffee. I enjoyed their drop and one of their donuts. This place is also good for people who have dogs.response / report this review -

Don't get me wrong, I enjoy Stumptown coffees but have been less impressed with their offerings since they were bought out by Peet's.

I come here to work on weekends. Nice seating area with good WiFi and temperature.
I LOVE their latte and their chai was pretty good with nutmeg seasoning.

Brilliant staff which make you feel like a regular, even when you're far from it - and even when there's a line. Great coffee - pastries of your peckish - coffee by the pound. Espresso, pour over, cold brew (duh) and nitro.

Grand. The old style wood panelling gives it a vert different feel to some other third wave cafes. I had a pour over and it was very earthy for my liking. Staff weren't very friendly. Not really my style, but it may be your style!

I love everything about this place! The coffee, the pastries, the ambiance, the interior décor, and it is inside a hotel! There's nothing not to like about this place. The baristas are very skilled. I've been coming here for years and never one time they served a coffee that didn't meet the expectations. The quality is consistent and always packed with good crowds. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could.

These guys have consistently the best customer service around. The coffee of course is great too. I recommend getting one of their scones, super tasty.

Excellent coffee, cold brew was a bit disappointing as it was a bit mild for my taste. Cappuccino and cortado were good. No place to sit as the hotel lobby was always busy full of people with their tablets and Mac Books

Great coffee shop in the town! I wouldn't say the quality is as good as in Portland, but here you can find a place to get a good coffee! Free wifi, FYI!

When I told the owner I wanted a hot chocolate he told me about how they need to constantly melt their chocolate as he carefully stirred the chocolate in front of me. I was surprised a place could have hundreds of reviews and a 5 star rating but now it makes sense
