Decent value for the money. Clean with a mix of old and new surfaces.

The price was great and the place was clean and cute. The water came out gray when i first ran the sink and the shower, but cleared up after a minute or two. There was no coffee maker but a full kitchen which i found odd. Overall it was worth it. No major issues.

The rooms are clean looking and all but they have bed bugs and my back feels like connect the dots with all the bites I have, the staff is very rude as well. Thank God I'm checking out this place today

A satisfactory motel at a good price. Very clean and relatively spacious. Room came with a kitchen but no dishes, etc. I guess they're too easy to steal.

Room was clean, staff was very helpful, and bed was comfortable. If looking for a no frills, comfortable, affordable, and friendly place with lots of services near by, this is a good place!

If I could give zero stars I would. This is a terrible place to stay. At first I thought it was decent until I had to check out early after paying for a week. I had to check out because my employer moved me to another location and the owners would not refund my money.
The problem started when I checked in. I reserved a room for a week via their website. My confirmation and total came to 371 dollars online. I get to the hotel and they tell me that is incorrect and charge me an additional 21 dollars for a "local tax" That they apparently don't tell anyone about. I agreed to pay the extra money with no problem. I stayed a little over 3 weeks, dealing with bugs, mold in the cabinets, someone else's hair on my bed and pillows, sticky greasy cabinets, and a room that smelled like piss. All of these I could deal with, I just cleaned the room myself and let housekeeping take care of the daily trash and towels etc.
The problem came when I attempted to check out. I had paid for 7 days total and stayed 3 of that 7. During my stay I had asked multiple times if there was a weekly or monthly rate and I was told no. Well, that all changed when I asked for my additional days to be refunded. 392 divided by 7 came out to 56 dollars a night, which meant 224 dollars should be refunded. Noooo they refused to refund my money. They attempted to prorate me a different rate for the 3 days I was there, then give me only 108 dollars back.
As you can imagine, I was furious. There was no policy posted anywhere stating that they do this and when I asked about it I was told it was their policy and they could change their rates any time that they want to.
I argued with these people for an hour and a half before they just got frustrated and refunded all of my money and told me to leave. I insisted on paying for the days I stayed, but the owner refused and simply told me "god will see me" I guess its some sort of Hindi curse lol. I kindly asked if I could have time to pack my things up and move out, considering I needed a good bit of time because I had been living there for 3 weeks and he said that was fine. I had to pack up dishes, groceries, clothes, cleaning supplies etc. After about ten minutes of packing, the owner calls the room and tells me I need to leave now, I am taking too long and they have people they want to put in that room. He then says he is calling the police because I threatened to burn the building down. Which was false. So I continue to pack as quickly as possible with respect to the man, and the police show up.
I explain to the police what happened, and they were understanding and helpful. They said its not the first time it has happened. So these people are robbing people, do not stay here. I had items come up missing from my room etc. They touched and moved my belongings whenever they came in the room while I was at work, even after being told not to disturb, I would clean myself.
The moral of the story is, pay a few extra dollars to stay somewhere else. My friends are staying up the road at Stay Inn and Suites. Its quieter, with a better kitchen and a bigger room. I would recommend staying there instead.response / report this review -

Stopped in and looked at a room. It was pretty decent,however I told the manager that we had a dog and 4 people and he told me it was 425 a week, when we paid it we were charged 476which was ok. Then my daughter took a bath and evidently there is a busted pipe because it leaked downstairs and I was charged for a patch in the drywall.which I feel wasn't my fault. And was told that I was going to be charged for an extra person and 10 dollars a day for our dog. Why wasn't I told this to begin with? Instead of giving me a flat price.

Excellent stay at this hotel! The room was nice and perfect for just myself. All the staff I met were pleasant to deal with.
