Great hotel in a great location. Easy access off of the freeway and many restaurants to choose from near by including walking distance. Clean comfortable rooms and friendly staff. I would stay here again. Good for business or pleasure.

I had a great couple days staying at this hotel. Tess and Maria are awesome with such great personalities. The breakfast is really good and they serve baked cookies in the evening

We came to Washington for a wedding and the hotel we had was so filthy we asked for our money back! Leaving us in a bind trying to find a place to stay late at night after the reception. Thank goodness we found this place! The staff was so kind and helpful not to mention the place was a dream compared to our other hotel! It’s clean, beds are comfy! The little details of folding the towels are super cute! Thank you Maria and Stacey for helping make our time here so much better!

Clean, new hotel in a good location if you're visiting the speedway. Full hot breakfast with biscuits and gravy served each morning was delicious too. Jetted tub in bathroom is a fun touch as well.

I have stayed on business off and on for the last few weeks and plan to stay a few more. The staff is amazing. Not sure who the manager is but definitely has a top notch staff there! They are so friendly and do everything they can to make you feel comfortable as well as welcomed. I head out to work at different times of the day and everyone is so friendly and helpful. My favorite desk clerk Stacy always has a friendly smile even if she is busy with another tired traveler. The late night young man is attentive and super welcoming as well. I spoke to my company HR and asked to stay exclusively at the BW Monroe while working in town and encouraged them to only book from this hotel going forward. Loved my stay and the room was absolutely amazing. Clean, comfortable and absolutely perfect! Way to make a customer happy, it's nice for a change to get what you pay for and morekeep it up!

In my room , had a jacuzzi, if you want to relax, refrigerator if you need some foods to store. This hotel has a clean swimming pool and jacuzzi too except it was under maintenance while we were there. The breakfast was a variety of choices from cold to hot breakfast. I would stay here again. And the hotel give military discount which was so helpful. Thanks

The Best Western Sky Valley Inn is in a great location in Monroe. The staff were professional and personable. The rooms were very clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable. The swimming pool was refreshing. The breakfast was the full selection and the staff were quite accommodating.

The staff is very accommodating, We have been at this location for more than 2 months and they not only treat us like we are a guest , but like a friend. The owner Derek is making improvements each and every day. The breakfast has so many choices and is delicious and Holly keeps everything full and fresh . Working behind the counter is Lisa the manager she is very helpful with any issues you may have ,if Derek is not available. Tess and Chrystal are the best when you are checking in, these girls are so happy and helpful, they make each and everyday easy. We have not had any issues with any of the staff , they all very professional. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend any and all friends and or family to stay here if you are going through Monroe. We will only stay here while in this area.

A nice BEST western . Not the best we've stayed at, and we stay at best westerns all across the country. The rate was reasonable but the TV channel selection was awful. I couldn't believe that the basics of cable were not included. Big disappointment. Most of the staff was nice. The pillows were pretty uncomfortable and the breakfast was mediocre.

Bestwestern sky valley innin Monroe WA is a great place to stay. With an anbundance of amenities, and one of the most friendliest staffs I've ever been around. Stayed here for 3 weeks while we worked on the local railroad. An nothing gave me more pleasure than knowing that I was heading to a hotel where I would be created with a smile and a genuine appreciation for been their guest. Thanks again. Ladies for your hospitality!!!

Our family rented the meeting room for a bridal shower for my daughter. The staff was very friendly & very helpful. They gave a great suggestion on how to arrange tables& chairs, which worked out perfectly. The meeting room & the restrooms were exceptionally clean. The staff checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. There was plenty of parking & the hotel was very easy for the guests to find. We definitely will book again!!
