Nice friendly staff and dirtbike friendy place to stay and close to the fair grounds. Nice place to stay.

This motel/hotel was pretty poor. The only good thing I can say is that when we checked in the person there was very nice and pleasant. After that, a literal train wreck. I guess it's since there is literally a train that goes by in the back of the hotel every couple of hours and blares it's horn. Room layout wasn't bad but it wasn't clean. Bathroom was a joke, the tub looked like it hadn't been cleaned in awhile. And even if you wanted to get "clean" the shower has zero water pressure so good luck with that. When we attempted to checkout a night early to get a different hotel, we had the worst time trying to do that with whoever was running the front desk. They had trouble understanding us and our intentions. They didn't speak very good English. Spend the extra money and stay at the Best Western across the street

Cheap compared to other hotel/motels around this area. It is kind of run down and dirty. Also there is a train track like 100 feet away and when the trains go by and blow their horn it practically gives you a heart attack each time. And it happens at least twice in the middle of the night and will for sure wake you up and possibly make you go deff hahaha.

The bedroom was spacious and very comfortable. We heard absolutely no street noise despite being facing onto a busy road.

Owner is one of the most inconsiderate individuals I have ever interacted with. I had arrangements with the front desk to move to a new room on day 2, but decided to keep the same room instead. I let the front desk know and was told it was ok. Then, next thing I know, the owner is banging on my door and yelling and screaming. I open the door and explain to him again what is going on, but he continues to act out like a 3 year old and threatens to kick me out. He came back later and "apologized for the miscommunication", but this did nothing to resolve the experience of verbal assault. Do not stay here.

I gave three star as it was supposed to be non smoking but when we went in we could smell smoke. Location is great as one can walk to shopping centers.

Overall it wasn't a bad experience but my daughter had the bottom of her feet covered in black just from walking around the hotel room. Cleanliness definitely seems to need.l some work. Guess you get what you pay for. I will not be staying again.

The room I had was clean fresh just cold when I went in. No foul offers smell nice really no smell to the room was nice.
