Great place! Quiet and convenient for staying the night in Seattle if going to a concert. The streetcar is close and so easy to use instead of fighting traffic!

The only reason we booked here was the hot tub We were attending a convention for 4 day and would be on our feet for 4 days straight. We looked for a good hotel for a good price with a hot tub for sore feet close to Seattle. The hot tub was lukewarm The pool was warmer then the hot tub. e should have read the reviews before booking here. Rooms were clean and they had a good breakfast. The hot tub just made it sad due to the fact that's the only reason we booked here

Room was clean. Facility is best described as old or run down. It's not bad though. The breakfast included in the rate was really good, better than expected. There is a small lol which we didn't get to try but it looked clean too and the people in it looked to be having fun. Location was good and there was no noise issues in our room on the third floor. No problems with our room. Microwave and refrigerator in the room but not listed on the website.

Pretty reasonable little getaway. Price is good, it's quiet, breakfast is sizeable, and staff is responsive. Is a little far away from things to do, but is right by the highway so it is easily accessible. Rooms are gigantic.
Rooms were nice, but the door had just enough of a crack to let some air in. Nice for our summer visit. Might suck in winter. Overall I would recommend it as a quiet, peaceful alternative to something closer to town.response / report this review -

Lovely establishment. The only other hotel in the area that is in the same price range is filled with hookers and dope fiends (they'll leave the light on for you) so this is a great place to stay for the money. Clean, pleasant staff, accommodating and the beds are nice. There are strange images of a red bearded wizard all around - I assume it's the Wyndham mascot - but the only thing truly magical about this room is the coffee maker - it magically turns coffee into some type of bone broth.. Better try Shari's across the parking lot for a mediocre cup of Joe. 4 stars - staying a week so I'll update if things change.

We had a two night stay at Baymont while visiting local parks and sights. The check-in staff was friendly. They served breakfast and the attendant had all customers in mind stopping one customer from spreading germs Via a waffle fork they licked. The beds are very comfortable. The rooms are clean and large. Having a mini fridge in the room helped a lot to make sure our road food stayed fresh. I would recommend this hotel to anyone needing a place to rest and would come back if I am ever in the area.

User Friendly rooms, lots of space for suitcases. Extra sink. Good room to share. Continental breakfast is adequately stocked. Two waffle makers with lots of syrup! Rooms are clean. Beds were firm, but comfortable. Quiet air conditioning unit. Good value for the area.

Hotel was dated, run down. Staff st check in was extremely rude. When asked to speak to a manager, apparently no manager works on weekend. They want to scan your photo ID into their Computer system. When I voiced a concern about identity theft and didn't want my drivers license kept in their computer, I was treated horribly and was told I had to or couldn't stay, and they wouldn't refund (the room was paid in full.) The location was terrible. Right next to freeway and since it was "motel" style, the noise from the traffic was really loud all night. It also had an overall "sleazy" vibe.

What a stay! Front desk was very helpful with some credit card confusion and they stayed patient through the process and were nothing but friendly. Beds? Like sleeping on a cloud. Breakfast? Left me full but wanting more biscuits and gravy (because it was too good!) the rooms were very spacious along with the amazing bathroom. for a not so warm "hot" tub and weird wifi I'd only rate 4 stars but would definitely recommend and will definitely be coming back!

Very nice; great location to walk everywhere; helpful staff (especially Romney); nice, clean rooms and quiet. I want to especially acknowledge the breakfast coordinator/food service guy, Wallace. Our tour group swooped into the breakfast place all at once and he worked endlessly to help every single person who was demanding of him. He remained so friendly, upbeat, helpful and served us completely. He needs a raise!! Thank you Baymont Inn & Suites Seattle/Kirkland WA Downtown Anchorage!

Very clean! Nice place to stay if you're in the Seattle area. I would highly recommend it for someone traveling for business or pleasure. The beds are very COMFORTABLE!!! I usually have a hard time sleeping on hotel beds because I have a memory foam bed at home, but these beds are GREAT! The hotel staff are friendly!
