I went this year some months ago, I had a blast despite being so rusty at Bowling. Next time will with a different crowd of people so I can have even more fun.

Never go to this place. I was here yesterday to watch the Ohio State football game. New to Charlotte someone told me this was the place to go. I got there at 1030. I got one of the last places to sit, it was over by the lanes. The game started and as I was watching some people came in and rented the lane. No not to bowl but to watch the game. They were late and didn't have a place to sit.So they rented the lane and then came over and told us we would have to move. Wow what low life would do something like this just because they were late. It would have been different if they were there to bowl!!! But no they were there for the same reason I was to watch a game. I didn't realize that people could be so rude.
I'm new to the area coming from Ohio. Not realizing how many rude people there are in the world. But I have to say since coming down here I have realized that most must live in Charlotte. Not just this one visit to watch the game but many things. The driving around here, the crime around here, the general lack of people having respect for other humans.
I'm glad to have come, but even happier I have decided to leave. I will watch the news from Ohio, it's only a matter of time before more stuff happens like it did a year ago down here.
People that go to this place are rude and the management here fits right in. I recommend this place to all the people of Charlotte they will fit in, rude people seem to be everywhere here!!!!!!!! And to the rude women Saturday, I hope you get yours.response / report this review -

Ugh avoid. Cost over $50 for four people to play ONE GAME. There was a guy who worked there who stared at us the whole time looking threatening. Would have possibly bought another overpriced game had that guy not been staring a hole through us. If he had a problem idk why he didn't just talk to us, weird! Do yourself a favor, do anything other than this in the Charlotte area, there are much cooler places. If you want bowling to go the suburbs, much cheaper!!!

Very poor experience. We had four children with us, 4,5,6&8. 1) - We requested bumpers when we paid and checked in. I followed up four times at the front desk because our bumpers never poped up. There was always an excuse and the problem was never fixed. 2) - The restrooms were discusting (#2 in all toilets) and zero paper towels to dry out hands. 3) - We had to send the food back because it was burned (for instance the pretzels were black) not even sure how that happens. Upon departing, management did offer to provide us a gift card. I refusedstill had fun with the kids, just wish this place was ran better. I know it's a bowling alley, but keep your expectations very low if you decide to go there.

We came in with a group of 10. Nikki was an amazing server. Food was good! Bowling lanes were neat with TVs at the end. Fun silly birthday spot. Food prices are cheap!

Worst service ever. Had to keep going to the bar to have our server come out, took 45 minutes for food. Upon leaving found our server gossiping by the front door instead of checking on guests. Would not recommend to anyone. Angry I wasted money on this pos.

I went here last night for Fight Night. It was busy, and we had extremely slow service. That's not the reason for my low score. We were sitting at a table facing the TVs, and there was a partition wall in front of us. A couple (not with our party) was in front of us, and the woman asked if the gentleman with her could have a seat for a few minutes. We let him sit and within a few minutes, he threw up into a beer bucket and all over the wall and floor. It didn't take anytime for security to kick him out. However, we had to sit there for at least 20 minutes before any staff member came over with a mop. We tried to stop multiple employees who passed us, including a manager. Finally, someone brought a mop but left it for 10 minutes beside us. I was fed up and finally got up to talk to a manager up front. He assured me it would be cleaned up right away. However, it took over 30 minutes for it to be entirely cleaned. This was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. We ordered food and sitting next to throw up while I eat isn't my cup of tea. Management never came over to apologize or anything. Disgusting. I will never be back.

My daughter and I visited this establishment, while the staff was pleasant going in it all changed after payment was received. I asked for gutter gaurds and was told, you have to be a kid in order to use the guards and you have to use a 6lb ball..Really?! Okay, my daughter falls into that category. I have never heard of anything so ridiculous. How about full disclosure beforehand? Needless to say AMF is better. WILL NOT RETURN.

Called before and asked about reserving a lane and was told it was not necessary. Drove uptown with my daughter and friend to bowl before going out to dinner on her birthday. Arrived to find out the entire place is reserved for a party. Not one person was on a lane, but they still wouldn't let us play. Have 2 hours to kill before our dinner reservations. Will never go there again.

Came for my 29th birthday with my little sister. And the website didn't say anything about an age requirement for the late night bowling. So we ended up just going home. Worst birthday ever. Thanks for nothing.
