Super fast and friendly service. I took my son's bike in with a broken derailleur, or so I thought. The tech explained that it was just a mounting bracket that was broken & that I didn't need to buy a new derailleur. The bike was fixed and ready to go the next day.

Stop by to check out some bikes. And left with two Hybrid style Bikes, helmets, riding shorts and all the accessories that we needed, I must say they went above and beyond to show us the difference in a top quality bike and a lesser product and it is well worth the extra money. If you need any information on Cycling please go see Sarah and the staff at Boone Biking. We will be bike for our tune up in a couple of months

What an incredible shop. Nice to know your bike is being tuned by a super expert, not just a tire boy. The bikes, clothing, and accessories are curated like a Somm selecting a sick selection of wines. If its in the shop, its good. The lighting and mirrors were perfectly done to make you look super fit when you get inside as well. If you like the way the staff looks at Abercrombie, you will melt when you go to BB&T. Ok those last two sentences may have been opinion, borderline false, but in all seriousness I've been a customer at BB&T for 20 years (truth) and they over deserve 6 stars.

Went to 8 bike shops from Chapel Hill to Boone looking for a stem for an old c-dale lefty. No one had anything to fit, or any advice of where to go. Walked in to Boone Bikes with my shot in the dark requirement and was greeted with a suitcase holding 10 appropriately sized options.
All that aside, everyone within was very personable, affable, helpful and professional. Add all that up with a killer selection of parts, bikes and apparel and proximity to killer trails and this place is a must stop. Oh, not to mention this is the most aesthetically pleasing interior design I have ever witnessed in a bike shop.

Shaw and his wife as well as the staff here at this little bike shop were absolutely amazing. I went in as a stranger from out of town looking for a professional to set me up with a great bike. I hemmed and hawed going from one to another over 4 different days going there while on my NC vacation. They set up three different models for me to ensure exact fit for my 6'5" frame. They were scientific about fit, reasonable about what a guy really needs for riding and great on pricing and shipping if I were to need it.i don't care where you live If your going to buy a high end or low end bike at least give these guys a call and see what they can do.I will never go anywhere else..
