Easy to work with and great dealership. Buying a car is fruatrating, our sales rep Bob Barker made it simple and everyone was laid back. They got me the best rates on a loan too. Im so glad I made the trip out there because it was absolutely worth it!

Great service, Cristie Stocking was very efficient in setting up our service at 55,000 miles. The service was very complete and found some items that needed attention. Cristie was good at informing us of additional service and added cost. Cristie , as well as all the staff we had contact with were very friendly and courteous. Very pleased with this dealer.

I am very disappointed with my recent visit to Stoops to get my oil changed. I visited on 11/2/2017 for an oil change. I was told after they inspected my car that I need a balance and an alignment as well as had suspension issues, power steering issues and another component replaced and they quoted me a repair cost of $2200. I paid for my oil change and left. I took my car to another auto repair shop and told them to look at all of the things listed that Stoops claimed needed immediate attention. The auto shop told me that all I needed was an alignment. They told me my power steering was fine, my engine was fine and my front end was fine. I realized that Stoops tried to get me to do a lot of unnecessary repairs. I will NEVER go there for any other service again.

I took my Buick Enclave in at the end of August for a check engine light. They worked with my schedule and found me a loaner car. I dropped off my car 8 months pregnant with a sick 2 year old that I just picked up from daycare. Mike was SUPER helpful and efficient. He helped me carry things and move the car seat from my car to the loaner. He was great at explaining what needed to be fixed. I returned a couple days later, and he was just as helpful that time as I struggled to carry a toddler and all of her things while very pregnant. He really went above and beyond. Our experiences at Stoops are always great which is why we drive from the heart of Indianapolis to Plainfield.

Tyler Meyers and Lee Dotson are the best! I went to three or four different dealerships before going an hour out of my way to get here, and they definitely made it worth while. I've never been so happy with service and quality and I hope to be dealing with them again soon for my next purchase :) Thanks for my new car!

After shopping around, I found the best prices for a bigger and better quality SUV at Stoops! Steve Willett provided excellent service! Steve and Jim stayed after hours to complete the sales documentation since my husband was available. They had the car ready for my meeting the next day by noon, including an additional ordered part and service! I couldn't be happier with the experience and I highly recommend contacting Steve for your vehicle needs!

I am a person who does a lot of research before making purchases. I knew exactly what I should be paying and for how long, and the total loan price I needed. After trying, unsuccessfully, my negotiation tactics on other dealerships, I saw an awesome deal at Stoops and decided to pull out all stops to get what I wanted. Unfortunately they gave me exactly what I wanted right at the start and I didn't even have to negotiate. My sales person was Bob and he was a great guy. Laid back but helpful. Not pushy at all. I told him what I wanted to pay and money wasn't discussed ever again. All and all, the best experience I have had was here. Now I am pushing my wife to get a GMC from Stoops.

I bought a used Terrain here and could not be more pleased with the experience. My salesman, Chuck S., was awesome.so very knowledgeable, thoughtful, and respectful of me taking the time to make the right decision for me (no pressure). It is a completely different buying experience at Stoops. From the time you walk in the door you are treated with respect, sincere appreciation for your business, and everything is explained in great detail (from the details of the vehicle and its options all the way through financing and warranty options). I can not imagine ever buying a vehicle anywhere else again.

We recently purchased a 2017 GMC Terrain from Stoops in Plainfield. We were treated with kindness and respect. Our sales person, Julie Clay, was absolutely amazing. She took the time to listen to our needs and was able to pair us with the perfect vehicle. The experience was smooth, stress and hassle free. Thank you, Julie! You're the best!!

My husband and I had been casually looking for the right vehicle but were in no hurry to buy. Most dealerships we visited never followed up or took time to "qualify" the customer. On a whim, we made the 45 minute drive down to Stoops where we met Rich Santomassino. Rich took the time to actually listen to our needs. He is very knowledgeable and helped discuss at length our options and the pros and cons of each, never pressuring us. Rich actually got his used sales manager involved to find us EXACTLY what we were looking for. It took a few days but Stoops went out and found a vehicle that met our criteria. Rich stayed in contact with us the entire time keeping us updated as to the status of the search and arrival of the car. When it came time for the test drive etc. there was absolutely no pressure to buy. Stoops wanted us to be 100% satisfied. If you are in the market for a car, stop by Stoops and talk to Rich. You will not be disappointed. He definitely earned the right to be first on our list when we are in the market for another vehicle.

Let's put it this way, drove from Toledo, OH all the way down to stoops to buy a truck, Joe Hayes the manager made me a video of the truck within 10 mins of me contacting them! If that's not service I don't know what is, they were not pressuring at all, Jeff Thompson the salesman I worked with was very courteous kept me updated on the last minute work to be done to the truck as they had issues doing the brake job, fixed it all on their dime, was able to keep me updated, and Jeff was even there to help me load my new truck on the trailer and help on that aspect. Best dealer I have worked with. Impressed in every way possible. Thank you to Joe and Jeff and everyone behind the scenes making their dealer ship work great! A+

I bought my first car ever from Stoops and was extremely pleased. My family has actually bought from this dealer a number of times before, but I had never been involved in buying from them. The salesperson I worked with, Zach, was exceptionally on top of things and knew the answers to any questions I had. We were in and out quickly and efficiently, and I really felt that I got a great deal. Very happy with my experience, and when I need a new car I know that this is the first place I'll go.
