  Great experience!! Usually a trip to the dealership is something that no one wants to do. Recently, I was looking at another truck, but I stopped into Plainfield Auto Sales on my way. I am sure glad that I did. I met Greg Clark and he really took care of us. From the test drive to delivery of my vehicle, it was a great experience. I know where I will go to shop from now on!! Check them out before you go to the big dealerships. They give you a more personal feel, not just a number.

  I recently bought a truck here. The service was good as the salesman was nice and easy to get along with. A couple things holding me back from a fifth star: 1) I asked the salesman (before I came) if there was any rust on the truck. He said there wasn'ta, "really clean truck." I drive an hour and a half to see the truck and find rust on the bottom of the door skinsenough that I am going to have my body guy do some repairs. 2) For a truck that went through their shop or so the website says, I found an oil leak when I crawled underneath. I am having that looked at too and I suspect a leaky oil pan but it isn't like it was an isolated occurrence as you can see evidence of such. For a truck that was listed almost $2500 over Kelly Blue Book value, it should have been absolutely spotless. Having said all that, the salesman did come down on price and I did purchase the truck as I felt that it was in good shape for what is out there. I would deal with them again. You have to expect a little 'truth enhancement' in the used car industry.

  Awesome!! I travel for work and my SUV died unexpectedly just as I was heading out of town. This forced me to purchase another vehicle. Scott was awesome to deal with and worked with me in making the purchase of a 2010 GMC Sierra truck easy and painless all while I was out of the state. He communicated frequently with me via phone and text to assist me in purchasing this truck. I found the truck via Craigslist. Their listing was very detailed and included pictures from every angle; interior and exterior. These details are what I insist on when making a major purchase. When I returned home all I had to do was fill out the paperwork and drive off in my new truck. Will definitely be using Scott again next time I am shopping for a new truck. Thank you Scott & Plainfield Auto Sales. I love my truck!

  The sales people were not very nice. All of them were constantly puffing away on their vapers greeting us and during the sales process, VERY unprofessional. Where to begin on our vehicle purchased here We had a list THEY made of repairs THEY would make to such said vehicle that they never completed and those they did fix were half a$$ed. It was filthy on the outside and inside (dog hair and trash everywhere), they said they didn't have time to clean it but after cleaning it ourselves it became clear they left the outside dirty to mask the TONS of scratches and dents it was hiding that they didn't tell us about. Gave it to us on E with not even enough gas to make the 10mile trip home. The brakes were BAD (down to the plate) when we brought it home we had to change them, we had to change the oil, even the exhausted fell off several weeks after bringing it home! You think spending $25,000+ on a vehicle from a "dealership" they would at the very least do the most basic of maintenance on their vehicles, but sadly no, and trying to get them to fix ANYTHING even with the 3 year warranty is like pulling teeth with them! I highly do not recommend this place.

  I will recommend Plainfield Auto Sales to all of my friends and family. I would like to start by saying that I have bought two vehicles from this dealership. I bought a car and a truck to pull my horse trailer with. Not only did I get exceptional service, I also had a great experience with the service department. I understood that I bought both cars "AS IS NO WARRANTY". There were a few things that I needed repaired and they graciously did, no questions asked. My cars were clean inside and out and detailed as best it could be for a used truck (2003) and car (2005).
  I have taken both of these vehicles back for oil changes and minor repairs. I will buy again from this dealership.
