My family came in July to look at our options for a new car. Even though we had a couple of factors working against us they still took the time to show us all of our options. Did not pressure us into anything we were uncomfortable doing and worked things out to make sure we walked away happy. We love our new family vehicle (2017 Jeep Cherokee) and are eager to do future business with them.

Jeff Fernandez did a fantastic job in getting me the vehicle that I wanted! He worked with me in every possible way and got the right car for me!! And we did most of it over the phone! If you want a great salesman and a great person you have to go with Jeff, he goes above and beyond! Thanks Jeff!

Worse workman ship ever i didnt even have real bad issues intell i took my car there was missing my brandnew struts keep in mind was replaced before it went in new lower control arms and all when i get it back the control arms are half way out one fell out while driving almost caused a wreck and all they said was basically there nothing they can do ok first off i got reciepts for everythung thats new on the car and is there not the parts on my car anf second off you guys need better mechanics if they cant even tighten in ball joints right if i can rate it at a 0 i would wprse place ever to take a car for repairs and i got more issues out the car then what i should have now ever since i got it back worthless dealer to go through

Love the Jeep!!! Eric Line knows how to make a customer feel welcome and respected the minute he greets you on the lot. He is knowledgeable about Jeeps and answered all our questions. We didn't intend on buying the Jeep that day, only window shopping, but Eric found us one that was a perfect fit for our list of requirements. All the employees at WESTGATE were welcoming and helpful during our Jeep buying adventure.

Best experience buying a car!!! Jeff Stafford, Josh Tharp and Mark Trusty had excellent customer service and were proved to be very trustworthy! We will be back for sure and recommend them to everyone we know!

I purchased my first jeep here 3 years ago and the sales rep was more than willing to make it happen. It didn't feel like a high pressure sale but instead a very motivated approach to make it happen. Will do it again one day when they have what I am looking for.

I felt like I wasn't treated right I am a. Hour away, I wanted to keep the car for 2 nights to show my husband that works off shift. They said they had 5 people coming in the next two days and I could not.
I looked on the Internet today and they lowered the price 500 dollars.
Why would you lower your price if you had 5 people coming to look at i?

Just disappointed, the salesman was very nice and very low pressure. But feel like they didn't even look at the car I bought before selling it. But then again, it could be on me because apparently neither did I (even though I am not a mechanic and if it starts and doesn't make and noises I'm good). Lesson learned

Purchased a vehicle from Westgate today. One of the easiest transactions we've had. Be sure to ask for Eric Line; he's a down-to-earth, easy to talk to guy. He helped us through the process, even when there were hiccups along the way. We will definitely be returning for future vehicles.

I've always had great service here on my 2008 Jeep Wrangler. They just recently completed a recall on the clock spring and did a great job. I'll be shopping them first for my next vehicle, which will be a 2019 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. Can't wait!
