Great place to grab food! I’ve been here multiple times and I gotta day, it never disappoints! I love the option of creating your own bowl with whatever types of noodles, proteins, and veggies you want! They have a good amount of sauce selection as well for your stir fry! The waitress was very polite and helpful as well! Overall, a great place to get food!

This place may very well be the worst Asian restaurant I've been to. Had the shrimp fried rice and the blazing noodles with steak. The meat was very gamey tasting. It may have been spoiled. The noodle dish was tasteless and the fried rice was over salted. Almost to the point of being inedible.

This order was placed on 12/15/17 at 5:52 PM (I only wish I thought to ask the manager's name--but at least maybe Stir Crazy can deduce who he was by this information.)

We were missing a main entree from our $73 delivery order. When I called Stir Crazy to request that the missing entree be sent to us, I was handed over to the manager. The manager told me he could refund the item or we could A) come and pick the item up ourselves (kind of defeats the purpose of ordering delivery) or B) call Grubhub ourselves and request a special driver to come and pick up the food that the RESTAURANT forgot. Mind you--this was one of only two entrees we ordered. I told him that these options didn't seem right. Considering the restaurant messed up the order, they should be the ones to call Grubhub and have the food picked up. The manager continued to argue with me and tell me that I was wrong--he put the food in the bag himself. I asked him what he thought happened to the missing entreedid the delivery driver eat it on his way over? He had no answer for that. He also told me that it was not his responsibility to order a driver for our missing food because Stir Crazy doesn't have its own drivers. It was MY responsibility to make sure I got a driver for the food Stir Crazy forgot because Grubhub is the middleman. I told him again I thought that this was wrong because if Stir Crazy is using Grubhub to deliver their food, they should make sure that they are upholding their restaurant's standards and do the right thing. Again, he refused.

I took my $14 refund (offered by the manager for the missing entree) and promised to never order from this restaurant again. We don't often spend this insane amount on delivery food, and to be treated like trash by the manager when the restaurant made the mistake is absolutely ridiculous. I have never experienced such a low-level of customer service. I worked as a server for over 10 years and this would've never happened in the restaurant in which I was employed. What an absolute joke. At least Grubhub fought for us and got us a full refund. They also made sure that our delivery driver (who had nothing to do with the problem) received his tip.

I think restaurants need to think about affiliating themselves with outsourced delivery services especially if they are unwilling to fulfill their end of the bargain. Bye Stir Crazy!

By the way, whoever the general manager or district manager is--check your delivery receipts/log for the night. I guarantee another order went out without their crab rangoon. Why? Because the manager on duty who "packed the order himself" put crab rangoon in our bag instead of the entree we actually ordered.

The DIY (do it yourself) stir-fry is always my go-to, my other half tends to stick with the prepared dishes off the menu. This is somewhere I have been coming to for over a decade, and have always walked out a happy camper. A piece of criticism I would direct over to these guys, would be to invest more attention toward the bar (it has been a bit chaotic/disorganized the past two times I’ve touched down).

The Mongolian beef has a wonderful flavor; I get it there regularly, this time it was a bit tough, though the flavor was good. My friend fot the chicken teriyaki grill and said it was really good. We will return.

Love the fact that you can build your own stir fry. Better than any buffet stir fry. Ingredients are fresh and the finished product taste awesome.

For the price they could keep the veggie Buffett cleaner. We got our wrong plates twice so need better organization in the kitchen. Food was very good and our service was decent.

This place had improved dramatically in the past 4 months. Service much better and food tastes fresher and better prepared. Alot more people here since the change.

Fun place to go. Besides regular menu items, you can make your own bowl of vegetables and choice of meat plus sauce. Moderately priced also.

I went yesterday with my boyfriend and it was not a good experience. The food wasn't good or bad, not worth the price. The service was very slow. The waitress showed up maybe three times. The cooks at the fresh market bar area were fighting, none of the produce over there looked fresh. Some of the dishes were dirty. All of this could be excused but later that evening I threw up the lettuce wrap I had ordered. Turns out, my boyfriend threw up his meal as well and he ordered from the market bar. I will never go back to a place that makes me throw up

One of my favorite places. The market bar is always a good deal and the ingredients are fresh. Highly recommended!

Food was pretty good, service was pretty decent.
The appearance of this place was totally a turn off, very unkept, dirty floors, tables and plates.
The place needs to be well cleaned up and remodeled as soon as possible.
    Definitely NOT coming back again!
