They were great at doing thier job, but took them forever to shuttle me back to the garage after finishing my car.

I have dealt with this Ford dealership for over 25 years & have always been treated with the highest respect & concern for my benefit. It started with Jeff Hess who was my salesman & is now New Car Manager. He has been with the company for over 30 years. We are definitely a Ford family!

Less than a month after purchasing my truck I needed a new brake job and computer reprogramming. I took the truck to two different FORD dealerships and they both said it should have never been sold in the condition it was sold to us. A MONTH AFTER BUYING. No help, no reimbursement. I am still having problems with this dang truck and have put in an additional $3,000 out of pocket ontop of my monthly payments. Totally rusted out weak receiver hitch. Totally rusted underbody. Do not trust this dealership, they only look out for their money.

Jerks!! Stay away sales staff is very rude They are judgmental and standoffish. I tried to by a truck there a few months ago.. Had to ask for a different sales person because the first one was very rude Acted like I couldn't afford to buy what I was looking at. I bought the same exact truck with half the miles for less than there best price. Definitely do your homework and shop around.

Stillwell Ford continues to exceed my expectations in customer service and professionalism. They are courteous, honest and helpful anytime I have contact with them. I could use any dealer or garage to maintain my vehicle and I always choose Stillwell Ford. I recommend them to my friends and co workers.

Vehicle selection was good, but the used car manager was very rude to me.because i didnt know the resale value of the truck I wanted he acted as though I was not worth his time.

Rodger Karr was a pleasure to deal with I was buying a used truck from 6 1/2 hours away and he made sure I was completely comfortable with my purchase before and after sale. Hats off to Stillwell Ford! I'm very pleased.

Jeremy Taylor, and the crew at Stillwell's is the BEST!! Competitively priced vehicles, a great body shop, and an award winning service department. If you're in the market, give Jeremy and the crew at Stillwell's a call or look at their inventory on line and give them a chance to earn you business. I have bought four vehicles in the last ten years, and nobody compares!!

Christopher Finch II was amazing, he got me exactly what I wanted and even help me customize the truck of my dreams! What's even better the price was amazing and better than any of the competitors I checked into! The process was effortless and pressure free!
