Heath Dutton is amazing at what he does and Adam Priest is very good at his job as well. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Hands down the best experience at a car dealer. Keep up the amazing job.

Got my oil changed. Not only did they wash my car, the vacuumed up all the dirt and leaves on the floor! While you wait they have a variety of snacks from Brooklyn Bagels & coffee too for you to enjoy! If your car will be there for a while, they offer a free ride to & from wearever you want to go!

One month I take my trade-in in and the manager says it worth 14,500.00. They were closing so he would get back with me which never happened. The sad part was I was already approved by my bank I just needed to find a car I wanted. I gave them the benefit of the doubt when no one called me so I went back several months later and now my trade is worth 10,000.00 lol. My problem is the first time they looked at it the year of the car was wrong, they had it listed as a 2007 when it was a 2008! It should be worth more and he knew this! I realize cars depreciate over time but not that quick. Unfortunately I use to sale cars and worked as a finance manager for years so I'm not a novice at this!

Great experience! My husband and I were in a bad situation with our leases and Ben Homik was able to get us out of them and into 2 new vehicles! We bought a 2017 Chevy Trax and a 2017 Chevy Silverado and love them both!! Thanks again Ben!

Only giving one star because I can't give anything less. My fiancé considered buying a vehicle from them a couple of years ago, but wisely decided not to. Unfortunately, they've been harassing him ever since. He has repeatedly told them in the past few months to remove him from the mailing list (both in person and over the phone) And still has a stack of junk mail from them since the last time he told them to remove him. This is harassment plain and simple.

Livid.how can a company charge a fee for when they themselves cant figure out what the problem is. Tuesday was told was leaking oil.i told them i dont have a leak. Yup i was right. I told one guy the sound i was hearing and we drove it together. Then i got another guy that had zero idea. Left it overnight Wednesday.by Thursday afternoon I picked up my car and got charged for something they couldnt figure out.

Buying a new car for sure . A USED car you need to be extra careful . Make sure things have been checked. I just bought a USED car from them and the battery had allot of acid on it .a week later had a $631.86 repair that had to be taken care of. I feel for the price I paid those things should of been taken care of also. Plus small amount of oil in the vehicle. The staff they have are great people to deal with. i enjoy working with Paul Grissom.

You don't go to a dealer because you want to. You go because you have to. Overall, they solved my issue and I had to get a new engine. There were some shady things that went on after they replaced it where it felt like they were trying to weasel their way out of the warranty that was promised with the new engine. It was a battle and I now have documented proof.
I have had positive experiences with the sales staff however. Buying my mother-in-law's new car was a pleasant experience.response / report this review -

Terrible experience! Bought a car with the promise of certain work being done. It wasn't done now I have to pay over 1000 in repairs for a car they told me was great and a problem they would have found it the had done the promised work agreed upon before purchase! Poor survey got their attention enough for one of the gentlemen in management to call me back and tell me he would speak to someone higher up and call me back the next day to try and solve the issue only to never return my call! No one there will return my calls for that matter. I would strongly suggest not doing business here if you don't want to be ripped off and then ignored!

I purchased a 2007 Hummer H3 from this place of a car lot back in Oct 2015. Worst mistake of my LIFE! it ran fine for awhile and then all hell broke lose. I had to replace the water pump, belts and pulleys and it didn't stop there. I got tired of having so many issues with this thing i tried trading it in on something else.. come to find out they lied to me about it being in a accident. Found out that this Hummer had its whole front end smashed in at one time.
Went thru a heck of a time trying to trade this in! i paid 14.5k for a piece of junk that wasn't even worth 7.0k
Some people are nice there and i am sure its not their fault they are stuck here. But I WARN anyone that buys a car from here be very careful. You might get lucky and get something good or you might get a piece of junk that is worthless and in the end you are stuck with it.response / report this review
