Wouldn't recommend this service shop to my worst of enemies. Going on 7 weeks and they still haven't finished the job they started on my car. At this point I can't tell if they are just inept or indifferent but I would avoid using this dealer as a body/auto shop at ALL costs.

Courteous, professional, and knowledgeable dealership. Gave me a loaner car for the weekend without any hesitation while we were visiting the Silver Lakes area. Fixed our jeep at a reasonable price. The service manager Ben was very personable and knowledgeable.

Went in to get a normal oil change. Got in my car and the oil light was not reset. So I went back in to get someone to reset it. They come out and did something. Nothing got reset. The traction control and stabilitrak was on. Went back the next day. They said they could not do anything about it. It was not there fault note that no light or nothing was on when I brought it in. Do not go there.

Worst costumer service when I had to get my jeep serviced. They didn't even get the job done correctly. My warranty company couldn't even trust them to get the job done. My jeep still isn't fixed. Very rude. Charged us for making our jeep worse basically. If they would have been nice through this process, we would have been more understanding because people make mistakes, but they just don't care!
