I got a flat tire on my way to Holland and ended up getting a tow here. My car arrived JUST before they closed. Service staff was very friendly considering I walked in just before they closed. After explaining I was two hours away from my house they squeezed me in for a tire repair, and had me back on the road in 30 minutes! Extremely thankful they worked me in, I was not looking forward to changing a tire in the snow to wait hours for discount tire to repair it.

I had an appointment scheduled there today at 3:30. They had ordered the part for me last week and I scheduled an appointment for today August 31st. I need my car repaired as I am going out of town on Friday. They got ahold of me at 2:30 today to tell me they cannot get my car in today, because they are too busy and backed up. I cannot go there tomorrow because of a work conflict and I am leaving Friday. They have no loaners cars available and didn't give me any solution. Just cannot do it. I planned on purchasing my next new car from them but needless to say I won't. I won't be using there services again. I have since found someone in town to take my car before my trip.

I have purchased several new vehicles over the years from Elhart. I keep coming back because they are very good to work with and their service department always try's hard to make sure things are taken care of on the first visit. Good people there. I have my latest truck set up so they can log in and keep track of my service needs for me using real data directly from my truck without needing to stop on first. Works great.
