  Absolutely EXCELLENT Staff. The technicians are very knowledgeable and take the time t show you what is going on on your vehicle to explain it to you. Customer service is second to NONE!! Beyond flexible with scheduling and took the time to help research parts I needed and wanted and helped me stay in budget. 4 Wheel Parts is a group of professionals who do the job right the FIRST time!!

  Nice to have this type of shop in Jacksonville, if they don't have it in stock they can get it quicker than anyone else. Ask for Mark, he'll get you setup right.

  Mark and Paul were phenomenal! When looking for parts for my 2006 Jeep Wrangler, I spent two afternoons in the shop debating over bumpers, tires, and wheels. I was literally worse than a woman trying to figure out which purse to buy. They were extremely patient and very helpful. Their customer service and positive attitude could not have been any better!
