STAY AWAY FROM ROOM *509*!!!!

2nd time we stayed there. It's got a great beach. Our first room ever 2yrs ago was amazing. Had the kind of decor we like and nice jacuzzi tub. 2room was as good just not cleaned well. We had to move rooms because of availably. Moved us to room 509. DO NOT RENT THIS ROOM IT IS HORRIBLE!!!! SMELLED LIKE SMOKE AND THE DECOR WAS FROM AN OLD SITCOM TV SHOW!!! NOT WORTH THE "DELUXE" RATING! HOPE OUR NEXT ROOM IS NOT LIKE THAT ONE!!

Nice building and staff. Unit 708 desperately needs updating as far as the furniture and bedrooms. 2nd bedroom is extremely small. And bed couch is very uncomfortable. Will not stay in this unit again.

All the new stuff being remodeled gym , lights tile etc is so nice now and the property management Ron ferrick is so nice and helpful . and its right on the beach .

We have rented a beachfront condo for many years - this was easily the worst one we've ever rented! And not just the unit, which was disgusting ( carpet in a sandy beach condo!!), but you had to walk through a dark, dim garage to reach the pool/beach entrance! I wasn't comfortable letting my teenager go back and forth between the Beach and condo by herself bc she could have been snatched or assaulted in the dark garage!! It was truly awful, we will never rent there again!!!
