Rooms were huge and great for my family. Beach was close and even during peak week there was plenty of room. They're was some mechanical trouble with our door where we were locked out but otherwise a perfect stay.

Lovely place, but a terrible place if you don't like stairs, or are disabled. Two elevators, but neither working. Received neither explanation nor apology.

This is an older building on the 98 strip but the rooms are spacious and the balconies directly face the Gulf and are big enough to accommodate a table to eat outside. I wish the pool were bigger but the view cannot be beat (no matter which floor you're on). The kitchens are very nicely sized and well equipped and it's a life saver to have a full-sized washer and dryer in each unit. Go in the winter when you can watch the sun rise and set over the Gulf from the comfort of your balcony.

We will definitely be going back to this place! Best place we've ever stayed out of all the others we've tried over the years in the area. The condo was super nice!

Rented for 3 nights. When making reservations, we inquired about RV parking, since this would be our only vehicle during our stay and were told there would be no issues. We own a 26’ RV which barely occupies 2 spaces, in which we were told we were allotted. Ashley, with Southern Realty Rentals at Breakers East, calls us and threatens to have the RV towed if not removed by the next day at 9am. We would be leaving by then anyway. I would understand if there were only a few spaces available and there was only one space per rental during peak season, but I counted about 10 vehicles, including ours and about 70 open spaces. The condo was in poor repair. Very disappointed, especially since we only chose this condo based on RV parking. We usually stay at better quality places, but just needed RV parking this trip. Never Again!!!

Beautiful view of the gulf of Mexico. Only bad part is only 2 elevators for the whole building.

Breakers East is right on the beach, and the units are huge! Balconies are 30' long and give great views of the gulf and activities below (pool, dune walkover, grilling area, etc.), especially from the lower floors. Location is excellent. We first stayed here in 2002 and ended up buying a unit!
