  Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Amazing beach views and beach access. Pool was 86° on a 52° daywas like swimming in a hot tub! Would definitely Return. Room was comfortable and staff accomadated our request for adjoining rooms w beach view!

  Was only visiting a short time. Was very nice, clean and quiet. Ample parking and a good location for Pokemon hunting.

  Great place to stay while on vacation. We got a really good deal on a 1 bedroom condo for 5 nights. The condo was a little outdated, but still nice. King size bed, 1½ bath, full kitchen, washer/dryer, fold out couch, and Lazy Boy recliner's. The best part of the condo was definitely the private balcony. It was huge and had a great view! The hotel has 2 pools and easy access parking. I rate them at 5 stars based on my experience. I would definitely recommend The Breakers to family & friends staying in the Fort Walton / Destin area.

  Great room. Wonderful view of the beach and a back porch to enjoy the view. Great location. Reasonable price. Great ammenties included, such as golfing, dolphin watching, and scuba diving. Room includes all necessities.

  The place is beautiful. If you plan to visit Ft Waldon beach Florida, I highly recommend this place. Very clean and every room is ocean view..Nice

  Great service. Got me in last minute. Excellent room amenities; full kitchen with utensils too, washer dryer, dish washer. Pretty much a miniature apartment. I stayed for a month so it did feel like home away from home. Balcony overlooking the beach and pool areas too. It's close to some restaurants, not too far from even more. The gym was small but still a gym. They also accommodate military rates which was excellent for those on orders. Not a terrible drive from base. Definitely would recommend and stay again if I have to come back

  I am visiting with my son and his family from Northern Ky. The condo is beautiful and has all the amenities of home. Your staff been extremely friendly and although I didn't expect daily room upkeep, it's nice to come in from a 'gruelling day' on the beach to clean towels and bed made. Only one suggestion, replace Mr Coffee machine with model that automatically turns off after a few hours.

  Great place to stay. Clean , quiet , nice ocean view. Seems to be very secure , good parking even with kayak in back of truck. Great beach access with chair and umbrella accommodation . This area is Not overly commercialized but access to all that we required. Good base location for me to explore fishing opportunities via kayak in the sounds and bayous . Will definitely be a return stay for us

  The outside of this building is very deceptive. This is a gem of Fort Walton beach! The condo view was breathtaking. The space was updated, upgraded and well maintained. A very comfortable stay.

  My son had his wedding and reception at the Breaker's on May 6 2017. The Breaker's hall is a great place to have a wedding reception for parties under 100. It is a convenient, clean, affordable, well planned rental hall. You can get married on the beach, then just walk up the steps to the hall to have your reception, and afterwards, go upstairs to your condo. There were a few snags with the guests services manager, but the head manager Barbara was great. The staff was also very helpful. I would recommend the Breakers for a wedding and reception or just a great place to enjoy a vacation.

  When we initially booked we asked for carpet. Upon arriving we were given a non carpeted room. They resolved the issue right away and actually upgraded us to a larger room. I have called the front desk a few times to ask questions and they are always helpful and courteous. The beach and walkways are easily accessible. We have stayed here 4 times in total over the years and love it! Fitness room is really nice as well.
