  When we first stumbled upon Veranda Club, it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Nancy is the most thoughtful, gracious person, very welcoming.
  
  She provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around. The Community Amenities are great, Conference Room with Elegant furniture, Theater Room, Business Center, Gyn and much more, everything one needs. Great Place at Great Location.
  
  Also, I like to mention Luis, he is a very nice person and is always available and helpful.
  
  I love my experience with Veranda Club, definitely A+ rating.
  
  Nancy and Luis go above and beyond to make us feel at home.

  I love living in this place, I just renewed my contract because I don't have the financial conditions to move at the moment, I thought a lot before writing this review but unfortunately it is necessary. the apartment is beautiful, the staff are super friendly ( Nancy & Luis, but there is something that has taken my family's peace, the strong smell of marijuana that invades my house, it is difficult because we do not want to accuse anyone unfairly, although I already imagine who the inconvenient neighbor, I live on the sixth floor of the building and I have a todler and even in the heat we are forced to open our windows and turn off the air conditioning because the smell of marijuana is very strong.
  Life would be much easier if people simply followed the rules of coexistence, in the premises of the building there are several notices that inform that smoking is not allowed in the building.

  From the beginning of my rental search, Nancy was always approachable and willing to assist a future resident. I bugged her so many times asking about numerous floor plans and checking availability. She always had a smile and was willing to help.

  I’ve been living here at Veranda for the past 2 years going on 3 years and I absolutely love it. Nancy is the glue that makes everything come together. There hasn’t been a time where I’ve went to her with a concern and she hasn’t taken care of it. This is the type of place that I don’t have an issue spending my money. Very quiet, the walls aren’t thin, and you can’t hear the people above. I would absolutely recommend Veranda Club to my family members and friends.

  My experience at Veranda Club has been a pleasurable one, to say the least. From the moment I submitted my application to this present day, I do not have any regrets as it relates to my decision to move here. The property is centrally located, here in Orlando, and is safe & secure. The staff has been amazing! Nancy, in particular, has always been very professional and extremely helpful…no matter the situation.
  
  I would highly recommend Veranda Club to anyone, from single to multi-family households. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed.
