The condo itself was nice and we were happy with it. The building's pool was always cloudy and not well maintained. All along the beach, there were storm water run off flowing across the beach itself every several hundred yards or so. The thought of swimming in street run off was off putting. I've swam in ponds and I realize that the ocean is where all run off goes, but having it so directly placed was odd.

This is a great spot to stay Walking distance to the M.B. Miller County Pier for those who like to Fish and also walk to Shipwreck Island Water Park for more Fun in the Sun Conveniently located in the center of PCB for very easy access to almost anything via Front Beach (30), Middle Beach (Hutchinson) or Back Beach (98) Roads.

The Resort has a nice large Pool and plenty of Beach Front Beautiful Views and Sunsets overlooking the Pier and Beach Facilities also feature a nice Gym.

We are having a great time. This is our fourth time at this particular Resort. We have stayed at two other Sterling Resorts as well. we really like this facility. The only major concern is the parking garage. the parking spots are extremely narrow and sometimes it is very very difficult to get out of the vehicle or get in. This facility has a keypad entry for the room- there are no keys to keep up with.

Great place to stay. Only negative is the parking deck is not made for SUVs like a Tahoe or similar. Compact parking.

Hard to rate an entire place based upon the one room we stayed in, which we rented through VRBO. Awesome pool, big and always clean. Clean and tidy restrooms by the pool. Great central location, but right beside a large public access beach and pier. So tons of trash. Trash in the water, on the beach, and all beside the condo. Also, right by a street runoff drain which is kinda gross. We were on the 14th floor, so the view of the ocean was lovely as long as you looked away from the pier. The pier was outlined in lights, so looks pretty at night. Elevator in condo was always reliable and fast. Overall, mostly pleased with our stay.

The condo we stayed in was very well kept by the owner and stocked with all necessities. There was easy access to the beach and although the elevators had an odor, they were quite fast.

Love rooms wish it had more elevators wait very long time for elevator it be so pack got married on beach behind condo it was great stay rooms clean close my amusement park and Walmart up the street and gift shops

Ok..Rooms are very clean and comfy..great view of the beach and the kids love itBUT, was locked out of my room and had to wait 30 min to an hr to gain entrypissed TF off and its cold AF outside😡😡😡

We stayed at the Sterling Reef from 6/5 thru 6/9/16 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Customer service was great..a very sweet young lady was working in the office and greeted us with a smile and was very informative. The pool was amazing..our room was great with a great view. We stayed at a busy time and at times it was tough dealing with The elevator and the way it would shut down if the door was left open too long, but all in all, our stay was amazing. We hated to leave when we did. If we return to Florida next summer, we will probably be requesting the same room. Very clean when we arrived..thank you again for making our stay memorable! Nice, quiet and relaxing rooms with a fantastic view💝💝

The rooms are very classy. However the actual customer service sucks. They are not willing to help you at all. The front desk has a total "A..hole" named Steven. We haven't had a dryer that worked since the first day of our stay. We used all the numbers given to receive help. However the office where Steven is (supposedly the manager of the Sterling Resort) says the hours are 9-5 has not been in the office much so help was a challenge anyway; explained that he and his staff are only available for condos which have been members of their association. Therefore refused to assist us with our simple request to fix the dryer. Although we had a maintenance man look at the dryer the previous day and explained that the management office will contact the owner as it needed repair. He explained we will be notified the next day. We went to check on our request when Steven (who would seriously benefit from a seminar in superb customer service) who simply said it was an owners issue and he wasn't going to do anything. Told us to contact owner. We don't know who the owner was. There was a older man who proceeded to bully us claiming he was on the home owners association board and our unit was not part of their hoa and there was nothing to do. We tried to explain the urgency but we were rudely told more or less to leave. I am one to never write reviews, much less negative ones however, the rudeness and frustration that we have felt and the price we paid for a week vacation was a nightmare. If you rent from Sterling Reef please consider this review because I assure you will not receive any customer service or friendly staff. If your trip is problem free then it is a beautiful condo. But due to the ignorance of the Sterling Reef Resort I suggest to spend a bit more and go to another resort. I've never been so rudely spoken to. I'm in customer service and we depend on reviews from customers. This would qualify for a reprimand or firing of this staff. Please go somewhere else.
