I just had two of my cats fixed here and have had two more cats fixed here I the past. They have great prices for their low cost programs and offer quite a few extras. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, answering any questions that you may have. All 4 of my cats made speedy recoveries and had 0 complications.

Recently adopted a shy but sweet puppy from this shelter. It was the best decision! Unlike other shelters.my experience was seamless and non-judgmental! They don’t make you give them your first born child in order to adopt a puppy in need. They trust that you are there for the right reasons. The fanciest application doesn’t always mean the happiest home! Not only was the woman who helped us so nice.but she made sure we had everything we needed before we left. The puppy was spayed, all shots and microchipped! Such a happy experience! Highly recommend.

Very nice people. Takes good care of the animals that they have. I adopted a dog from them recently and it was a great experience going there. Highly recommend going here if you are looking to adopt a rescue

Adopted a dog from them and ten days later she passed from kidney failure. The shelter would not help me financially to support her medical bills. They suggested for me to being her back and pick a new dog or use the trial insurance but the insurance would only cover $1500 not cover the overall $7000 bill. But when she passed, they offered to refund me my adoption fee and allow me to adopt again free of charge. I wish more than anything that she was just here. She was the prefect fit and so incredibly sweet. It’s nice to know that I can get a new friend that hopefully is just as tender and kind and won’t be ill.

We got our puppy Eleanor about 3 weeks ago now. Sterling was amazing! Marissa was the employee that helped us and she was so knowledgable and friendly. We fell in love with our puppy right away and we were given plenty of time to bond and get to know her, no rush!

The process was super easy and stress free. All the paperwork was explained to us and they were helpful with tips for first time puppy owners about feedings, crate training and potty training.

We highly recommend the take home packages they have. We went home with a crate, food, toys and treats, water bowls, a name tag and a harness. The price for all we left with was a fraction of what we would pay at a pet store!

I would highly recommend this shelter, and I will never go anywhere else for a pet!!!

Simply awful experience. Staff was rude and unapologetic. They even threatened to call the authorities on me and my children. When they asked if the cats would be indoor we said that it was possible to get out but we would try to keep them in. The employee then said she couldn't let us adopt. We had been to the shelter twice that day getting together what we needed to adopt and were ready to give the poor cats a loving home. They broke my children's hearts. They should be ashamed of themselves.

There's definitely some super nice and helpful people, but the majority of them are super rude and talk down to you. Not one person asked us if we needed any help or anything.

Wasn't a great overall experience. The younger girls were polite and professional. The older woman who helped my family and me was condescending. When I asked if the puppy we were adopting was potty trained she scoffed at me (as she smoked her cigarette) and looked at me like I was crazy. I had to explain this was my first puppy adoption. Later on one of the girls asked if we had any other questions. I asked "what happens if the adoption turns south; like suddenly this dog starts biting my kids?" Immediately this same woman pipes up from the back of the room and says, "you can't just bring the dog back it's not a pair of jeans you can return just because you don't like how they look". Were it not for the fact that my daughter was already in love with the dog I would have walked out right there. I wasn't looking for a return policy and certainly wasn't looking for an attitude just before spending upwards of $700. I was looking for behavior training advice or suggestions for therapists. Finally, after a trip to the vet a few days after bringing the puppy home we found out she has both roundworm and hookworm.

We just got our first dog Ava black lab/hound she is a great dog and so adorable. The process was incredibly easy we had everything we needed beforehand. We got there very early so we secured our spot! The whole process took about 45 minutes and everything was all set before we left like medical issues and the supplies we needed. The staff was very helpful.
