Was disrespected by a bookstore employee when attempting to return books I was allowed to return. I've been trying to file a complaint against them for bad service and no one's gotten back to me and it's impossible to get a hold of anyone. Extremely unhappy now I'm out 200$ for classes I'm not even registered for

Had a horrible experience with business office. One younger woman practically looked down on me and treated me like I wasn't worth her time. I simply had trouble understanding my financial situation and was asking how to fix my account from being on hold and she talked down to me and treated me like a child. She was extremely unprofessional and discourteous to the point that I felt insulted. I will never deal with anyone at the business office in person again because of this. They need to learn how to treat students with respect.

I enjoy Quinsigamond very much. It's got a very good atmosphere, has a scenic campus, and the classes are very thorough. The professors are also much more approachable than larger Universities.

DONT TAKE ONLINE CLASSES, SOME OF THE TEACHER DO'T CARE ABOUT YOU, THEY TRY TO MAKE YOU FAIL, ONE OF THEM BEING DAGNE YESIHAK, MIT IS GREAT IN ONLINE CLASSES.

Absolutely horrible school. Not veteran friendly. Faculty who apparently know everything and accuse veterans of providing false documents with no resolve once the documents are verified. Freely share private information and when they are caught in a jam, issue no trespass orders so you can't come in and resolve the issue.
