Piotr was the best salesperson I ever had sell me a vehicle and I've bought a bunch through the years. I highly highly recommend him to family, friends, neighbors and anyone else. He was fast, honest and very nice. Wow I can't of any words to describe my experience with him and Andy who I believe was the manager. They were great.
I should also mention that I feel I definitely got the best deal there as well, and I am shopper when it comes to vehicles. He even came to my place of work to drop something, and it was not necessa for him to do that but he did it anyway and patiently waited for me to finish a meeting.
My advice go to Stephens automall and ask for Piotr. Tonyresponse / report this review -

Very happy with our experience. We went to look at the new GMC Terrain and an hour later we were sitting down finishing up paperwork to purchase. Our salesperson was Connor. He was very helpful. We had a lease that we wanted to get out of in order to purchase. Connor and the team made it all work.

When I arrived at Stephen AutoMall I had no appointment. I was greeted by Mike Smead who stopped and introduced himself and even though I had no appointment he took the time to introduce himself and showed us around pointing out the cars available and all the new features. He was friendly, courteous, very knowledgeable, and during the test drive pointed out all the new features on the Toyota Highlander. I would strongly recommend Mike to my family and friends
As far as the dealership goes I would rate Stephen on a scale of 1 - 10 as a 10. For all those individuals I came in contact with during the purchase of my Highlander everyone was friendly and courteous.
With respect to the 2018 Highlander I leased I am amazed at all the safety features available on the car and the smooth comfortable ride the car gives. If this car is anything like my 2004 Highlander I will have it for a good number of years.response / report this review -

I have to say EVERY THING went very well! Victor Ortiz was Great, he wanted to sell me the Tacoma and he new I wanted to buy it. He returned my calls when I had any questions with the answers! He was willing to negotiate the price of the vehicle to the satisfaction of my wife and I. The vehicle being 3 years old looks like a brand NEW truck! Every thing is clean and tight! My wife and I had a fantastic experience with the sales team at Stephen AutoMall. Every person we approached made our time there enjoyable. Andrew Hall, the sales manager, was incredibly generous, straightforward, and helpful. Not once did we feel like we were being pitched the same story told to the last person that walked through the door--they were authentic and tailored to our needs without making us feel like we had to wrangle the truth from them.
Special thanks and appreciate for Victor Ortiz, our sales consultant. He gave us space when we needed it and answered our questions when we had them. We never felt badgered or smothered. When he said he would call, he called; when he said he could do something for us, he did it. He worked so well with us and helped us find the vehicle that met the needs of our growing family. Victor, you are the best!

We were pleased w/ our shopping experience at Stephens, but would not recommend Jeff B as the salesman to go to for your next car. He was not able to answer some of the questions we had while buying our jeep & did not attempt to get any answers.We figured out some ourselves, but the "perform service" light the service dept turned off, Jeff assumed was to change the oil & we never got a definite answer. At times, it seemed like he was talking down to us & he mentioned things that he would get done-fill the gas tank & get it all cleaned up-that never happened. We wonder being his first day w/ Stephens played a role w/ these issues .We are very happy w/ our Grand Cherokee & got a lot of extras we weren't necessarily looking for.

I am very satisfied with the experiences that I have had at Stephen AutoMall Center in Bristol, Ct. I wouldn't purchase a vehicle anywhere else. Most recently, I worked with Barbara Armour (in Toyota sales) and would highly recommend her. She is very thorough and minimizes the

I have leased 2 cars from Barbara already, and she always were super helpful with all my questions and needs. Pleasant to work with and quick with getting back to me either via text or email. She worked very hard to get me the exact car i wanted at best possible price.
Will definitely come back there and recommend to all my friends.

I was excited to look at buying my first car. Overall story-I will not be going back and do not recommend this dealership to anyone. If you are hoping for a welcoming and positive car shopping experience this is not the place to go.
I walked into the dealership and was not acknowledge. I understand employees are busy but a simple: "Someone will be with you shortly" would have nice. Fast forward I find a salesperson and tell them what I am looking for and some of the features that would be nice to have. I never indicated the model I necessarily 'needed' to have. I filled out the payments that I was looking to have only to be shot down immediately. I didn't even get to test drive the car which I asked to do before even talking numbers. After I was told the monthly payments I was looking to have were not acceptable I was brought to the finance guy clearly as a joke with the price I was looking for. Again told that my payments were not possible. I understand that it's not possible to satisfy every customers 'wishes' but I was not even given the chance to discuss how we could work to: find something in my price range, work to get to the monthly payments I was hoping for, or even test drive the car to see if liked it.response / report this review -

I am a long time customer of Stephen Toyota and it's for a reason. I can't say enough about Andrew (Andy) Hall. Andy always makes me feel valued and that I leave with a great deal on a great car. I lease and it was nice getting a follow up call from Betty Entralgo of the sales going on. Betty was/is very professional and I appreciate the information she provided. It was such a pleasure working with Fran Hughes. Professional as well and was able to answer all my questions and gave me the time I needed, not pushy at all. I always walk away a happy customer and sure of my decision. I look forward to working with Andy, Betty, and Fran in the future.

Had a great sales person Jason Riviera. Knowledgeable, helpful and customer oriented. Highly recommend him. In addition I always liked Toyota cars. My choice was Lexus vs Toyota. I bought RAV4 limited addition that had the same features as Lexus models but cheaper.

Top notch, knowledgeable, courteous, straight-playing sales staff. Arrived at a fair deal on a new car that I walk away feeling good about. Paperwork processed extremely quickly and perfectly. Thanks Piotr! Would gladly buy a car, without reservation, at Stephen again.
