This is the second vehicle we leased from Modern Motors and both have been wonderful experiences. John Salmon, our sales person on both purchases, is wonderful. He's a very easy-going guy, friendly and very knowledgeable, who really works hard for the customer. In fact, there was an error in this recent transaction, in which we wanted the CX-5 Touring model in black and they told us it was in stock, only to find out that it was not in stock. That's when John went to bat for us and did his magic. Instead of disappointing us and having us settle for a lesser model, CX-5 Sport, he was able to upgrade us to a Grand Touring model for the same price as the Touring model. "That signed the deal"!! Kudos to John Salmon and Modern Motors, who are truly very professional and upstanding people, and a pleasure to deal with. I will certainly continue going to them for my cars. THANKS GUYS!!

We were undecided about the SUV we wanted. Then we meet Fish at Mazda. He was awesome, spent the time with us that was needed. Showed us a great product in excellent detail and made the process delightful. Honest, respectful and knowledgeable. Even sent us a personal video reviewing the SUV features so we could revisit if we wanted. Who does that? Fish does. We now own a excellent made madza product. Thanks Fish!

Lovely service. Fish was a great, friendly salesmen and made sure that we didn't have any doubts about what exactly we were paying for and went into great detail about the car itself and the cost. Very informative! We also enjoyed the renovated dealership building (plus the free coffee).

John “Fish” Salmon was wonderful. Stopped in a few times dearth with him from the beginning. Told him what we were looking for in a used SUV. We got a texted he said “ I think I found the prefect SUV for you.” We went looked at it and bought it. Had everything we wanted. The experience with John was wonderful. I bought a used RAM from Modern Mazda a few weeks ago and my sales person was Gary Synott. Gary made the whole buying experience quick and easy.. I left with my new vehicle that day and was pretty pleased. Gary was very knowledgeable about the truck I purchased, and If I choose to buy another vehicle I know where to go and who to ask for. Can't say anything bad about my experience here. Highly recommended! Go see Jim Wood and his staff. He went above and beyond. Jim was patient and urgent when it come to showing me the car I requested. Although it was raining out Jim did not rush me during the test drive and walk-thru of the vehicle. Jim's staff was very accommodating and aimed to please from Kurt in Finance down to my sales person Bryan. Again, go see them!! You will not be disappointed!! A+++++++++

I came back to Modern Motors even when i have moved out of state.Visited Modern Motors again for next truck. Other dealers in and out of state cannot compare to the friendly and truly "transparent" feeling. thank you Kenny for listening and getting it right the first time.
From the sales adviser to the manager, to the finance its a seamless good experience. Carmine is great in service and the service guys always make the car look better than when it came in.

I recently purchased a very nice Mazda 3 from Modern Mazda. I had looked at their website and picked out 2 different cars that I wanted to test drive. Upon arrival I met the sales rep John "Fish" Salmon who was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles. I test drove both of them, worked out a trade in for my old car and purchased the perfect car for me. My wife likes my car so much I will probably have to return and get a new one for her as well. I will surely buy from Modern and Fish again in the future.

Staci was very nice and proactive with our search. Kept a good rapport with new vehicles and ended up working out the price on the original one we went to test drive.

We were a couple who pretty much knew what we wanted and did our research. Having said that, some of the questions we had, it seemed like she could of answered a couple with a little more confidence but not a huge deal.

Would recommend and would be back for another.

I am a tough customer. I do my research. That’s how I know I made the right choice purchasing my vehicle from Modern Mazda Dodge RAM. You have to gain my trust before you earn my business. That’s exactly what the sales associate Vinny did. I do not live near this dealership so the sales process was largely done over the phone and via email. Vinny took multiple videos of the pre-owned vehicle I was considering, not only showing me the car’s beauty and features but also pointing out a few minor flaws – which should be expected in a used car. I experienced other dealerships trying hide or “spin” defects in cars they were pushing. I greatly appreciated the transparency Vinny and his dealership demonstrated. Vinny provided helpful follow-up rather than high pressure badgering. When I finally made the trip to see the car in person, it was in even better condition than I expected. Clearly, Modern Mazda Dodge RAM inspects and preps their pre-owned cars well. Bottom line, this is a team that you can buy from with confidence.
