Had a lovely dinner, veal saltimbocca was outstanding as was Elise's Blueberry Cheesecake! Great service and atmosphere, be sure to get a window table to see their flower gardens! Very nice evening had by all!

Food was fair for an Italian Restaurant, the special was Parmesan crusted flounder, it was very good. We were enjoying our food until a regular patron came in with a service dog. The dog stunk, and although they seated the gentleman in the corner away from most patrons. We however, had the pleasure of sitting right next to them. It was obvious the dog was well behaved and known by the staff. They were sweet to the dog calling her by name and brought a dog dish with water out for her, we also observed the man feeding the dog several bites of bread beside his table. What I don't appreciate is that we were early only the 3- 4th table seated. If they knew he was a regular why didn't they leave that seat vacant till last! Note there was little ventilation or air circulation, so the dog smell hovered over our table sitting on the smell of our wine and meal.

Great service. Reasonably priced. Outstanding food quality. I can't wait to go back. We've been coming to Hilton Head island for 30 years and this was our first visit to Stellini's. We plan to go back soon.

Had a delicious meal the other night at Stellini. I had the grouper Picatta, my wife had the chicken pancetta and our friends both had the lasagna. The meals were all delicious and we all had plenty left over for lunch the next day. Our waiter was attentive yet not overbearing. We had to have a couple desserts to share as they are homemade. The chocolate chip bourbon pecan pie was amazing as was the flourless chocolate tort. Looking forward to our next visit.

Great food and the staff is very accommodating such a cozy resturant nice for date night be sure to try the bread pudding for dessert i will be returning i love this place

I love this place! It's real authentic Italian food. You gotta have some of their homemade marinara sauce. Also the dressings are homemade. Amazing specials .I've never had a bad meal there!

Had chicken parm and linguine and clams with white sauce. Both were really tasty, clearly homemade, simmer for hours red sauce and well done white sauce clam sauce. House salad was amazing with lots of freshly grated cheese. Service was great, really friendly. Cute ambiance in the back Florida room with twinkle lights
