We got married on the beach! This is a great place to stay, very comfortable and beachy, nautical contemporary designs. The staff was amazing and took great care of us! Definitely coming back, and will likely make this a yearly visit!

The beach house was awesome. The staff was fabulous. My king suite was perfect, and the view of the ocean was breath taking. It was a perfect solo vacation. Some friends and I are returning in December!

Awesome! Right on the beach. Live music and 2 restaurants on the property. The pool and rooms look just like the pictures. Sits directly across from plaza with shops. Booked a few months ahead and paid 575 total for 3 nights. Totally worth it. Tried to add on 2 more nights as we had some more days of vacation, and price was 371 each night. Needless to say we will be moving to Red Roof Inn from here for our last 2 days (90 a night there). So best bet for this place is to book in advance.

Went to beach house hotel with another couple. Was told we would have a room with ocean front. That didn't happen . There were 40 golfers staying their too which were all together. They where awful. Cat calling our wives and would not leave them
Alone when the girls wanted to dance. We finally had to stop one of the golfers after he grabbed one of the girls while they were coming back from the bath room. Unbelievable behavior from these grown men . We complained to the manager and they said they would look at the films that they have. We left one day early it just wasn't worth the hassle. Not my kind be of vacation. I would never go back.

Perfect location for a vacation. Resort is located on the beach and they have live music daily. My husband and I enjoyed our vacation and the staffs are all great. Special shout out to front desk staff Talecia who always had a smile on her face and made us felt at home every time we enter the lobby. Keep up the good work!!!!, because of you we are already planning our next vacation

Outstanding service, great (heated!) pool and splash area. Renovated room was very nice, though not much of a view. Comfortable beds and pillows, and the dining options are competitively priced and high quality. We didn't mind the music, and couldn't hear it at night since our room was halfway back there building. If you get a beachfront room, you will definitely hear the music playing until 10 p.m.

Overall a pleasant experience. The room is quaint with lapboard and a nice beach feel. We had a room overlooking the ocean which was fantastic but the live band that plays constantly was a bit obnoxious. Admittedly they stop at ten but it makes an afternoon nap impossible without ear plugs. The staff is very friendly and responsive as well. The hotel itself is in a walkable area that has a manicured resort feel. There are some restaurants down the street that look both nice and popular.

No coolers in the pool area. I guess this is to force you to order from the bar there. This would be ok, if the service wasn't atrocious. Had to physically hunt down the wait staff (they were off chatting). Room was nice, no complaints there. A tad pricey at 300 a night, but you pay for the location. On the beach, and walking distance from restaurants. Great place to go if you are in college, not so great if you are with a family. Gym "bro" insinuated to other guests that I was too skinny, and needed to go to swap places with a fit person behind me. Nice facilities, party atmosphere. If that's what you want, this is the place for you.

No attendant at the entrance to the parking lot but some guy who looked like a steroid freak without a uniform or name tag approached me in the parking lot and told me I couldn't park there. When I asked where the attendant was he said there was a sign and that I should "learn to read bud!" That attitude is more appropriate to a bouncer at a seedy strip club and not the kind of hospitality one expects from the Beach House. I have spent a pile of money there at the bars and restaurants over the years, even hosting my extended family for Easter Brunch at the restaurant but will not spend one more dime there. Too many good choices on Hilton Head where you don't get treated that way!

Amazingly Breakfast Buffet Kids under 12 are FREE!!!!!!!
SERVICE IS THE BEST!!!!! Tasha let's start with her friendliness amd attentiveness. My daughter fell and she was right there to give her a wipe and checked on us all day! Nicole served us the first and stayed with her last table 1 hours pass her time off and was happy as can be and even asked us if we were still ok. Edgar was our night server and very friendly and helpful too!
Tasha and Ashley were the all around helpful with anything we needed with open hands for 3 days, Water all day, food, and great recommendations for food and drinks!
We then had Cassie for the next day and again what a pleasure!!!!! Again there was Tasha and Ashley greeting us like we were family. What an AWESOME FEELING!
Rooms were also great! Only needed them to sleep of course. Staff very friendly and informational!
I will be back!!!!

“Great beach stay”

Very reasonably priced. Nice poolside bar. Fun Tiki Hut bar with live music and drinks for the beach. Great rooms. The kid suite was really nice with a separate sleeping area with its own TV. Ground floor room with patio offering direct pool access.

ONLY REASON THEY HAVE A STAR IS BECAUSE IT WOULDN'T LET ME POST WITH NO STARSABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE! AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS! I booked this hotel with a 15 % coupon from their website, when I received my confirmation email they did not show the ($90) discount. I called the next day and they told me I had to book three nights. When they realized that they had NO fine print or any leg to stand on demanding my 3 nights they refused to talk to me. I called and was transferred to the resident manager twice, an hour and a half apart, left her a voicemail did she did not return my call. I was booking another hotel (Westin) and realized that they charged my card without authorization. On my reservation I had until May 1st to cancel, and would pay that day. They changed my reservation to make me pay that night and did not ask or even send an email. When I called today they still wanted to argue and say that it was my fault somehow. Do not stay here they are crooks and will refuse to talk to you about an issue. I still have not received a callback from Marina D the resident manager. I hope corporate shuts this management down.
