Mark cleaned the carpets in my ocean front home in Surfside Beach. My concern was odor from our senior pets. Mark not only made them look and smell new he is a really nice guy to talk to and a pet lover himself. Very genuine guy to communicate with. Always a great pleasure to do business with caring and friendly people. Highly recommend ❤️🙏

Mark promptly returned my call when I was inquiring about the service. We discussed a date and timeframe that would work for both of us. He confirmed the date and time a few days before. The day of he called to let me know approximately when he would be at my place and asked if that still worked for me. He was efficient and it didn't take long for him to get the job done. I had three area rugs for him to do. I highly recommend Steam Plus Carpet Cleaning and will call Mark next time I need my rugs cleaned again.

Mark was incredible! I was out of town when he did the clean and was very responsible and understanding! I could not have asked for better service! He cleaned the carpets so well, even though we thought they were uncleanable a miracle!!!!! I definitely recommend this company if you are in need of a carpet cleaner, or having any upholstery cleaned! Thank you Mark :)
