Let us start with the good shall we. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Stayed in a two bedroom, two bathroom suite. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. Weekday evening meal was okay and nice not having to go out. Now the bad. Carpet was worn and ripped, rooms and bathrooms not clean enough. TV guide sheets were dirty, wood tray broken, stain on office chair, and fireplace only allows for it to be turned on for 15 minutes at a time. Needs major updating and cleaning in the rooms.

Very noisy - walls paper thin - could hear drunks down the hall until 2am. Rooms are worn/old. not filthy dirty, but not spotless clean either

Good hotel for families, having a separate bedroom helps for getting young kids to sleep. For being nearly full when we were there, it was very quiet. Good breakfast options, kids love the pool.

Great overnight stay. We arrived late at night but were still met with a smile from the front desk. Clean, spacious suite with some extra free treats included too. We'd definitely stay there again.

The location is great, near several stores and restaurants. The staff is very accommodating and the breakfast was much better than your typical hotel breakfast. The room is very nice as well.

All of the Staff from the front desk, preparing breakfast, and the cleaning staff were wonderful and super friendly. Everyone always had a smile on their face and were happy to help in anyway they could. The rooms were very clean and a nice size. When I travel I will always look to see if there is a Homewood Suites in the area before I book anywhere else from now.

Stayed for almost two weeks with a large group of coworkers. Patio was never cleaned or maintained until it was out of control, to the point of patrons tripping over garbage trying to use the grill area. That did not stop the housekeeping staff from noticing, they simply complained about it loudly while they enjoyed numerous cigarettes. Also if you like to do laundry while staying in a hotel, seek shelter elsewhere. The hotel "offers" coin operated washers and dryers but is not responsible for making change to people needing to use them. I was refused the use of the machines multiple times because they simply could not spare it. All in all, a better maintained and managed hotel awaits you elsewhere traveler.

We are confused by the reviews. Worst Hilton brand hotel experience we've ever had.our first room smelled so badly of animal urine, hair on floors, counters, and toilet. Switched rooms, and our second room was touted as "clean and beautiful," but also smelled bad. It was masked with a ridiculous amount of air freshener. The hallways also smelled of animal urine. After talking with the manager, we learned that this was a "pet friendly" hotel with long-term residents. Also, witnessed very shady behavior going on in the back parking lot. Once in the second room, there was hair on bathroom counters, so kitchen table and counters dirty. Overall, very disappointing. Don't be foooled by foyer and breakfast area. Ask to see your actual room first .

Stayed for a week and enjoyed every night. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff was AMAZING, headed back in two weeks and looking forward to the stay. Marissa is an all-star staff member be sure to say hi and meet an exceptional person.

Stayed there once before, prompting us to stay again. Wonderful room, very clean and well maintained. Coffee bar at the front is a plus and breakfast is great! We look forward to staying again.

Staff -was friendly & helpful. Room -2 room/bath suite - clean, large and comfortable. Timed Fireplace could use a longer timer as it is annoying to get up and turn it on again just to relax and read a book. Bathroom supplies were acceptable and the La Fresh make-up remover wipes are the best. We were missing hand soap and dish soap for kitchen. Breakfast was very well done and delicious options! Only real downside was elevator. Small, narrow and awkward to get into with luggage cart due to wall in way. What is it with hotel designers? Can they not figure out that elevators need to be VERY accessible with full size door?. Only cart and two people can SQUEEZE in. We would have to wait for it again if other people were on it. As is maybe consider carts with FOUR swivel tires for easier maneuvering.
