A great, newly renovated hotel. We stayed here over Christmas and it was a comfortable stay for the big family.

Room nice. Not everything works. Had to go to desk 3 times, which was a little walk, because key didn't work. 1 was cut off at noon when we're here 3 days. Ice maker not working. Only 1 remote, 2 tvs. House keeping busted in while I was sleeping and let my dog out

Very comfortable, though a little older it has been updated but could use a little more work. The staff is what makes this place really shine though. Very friendly and helpful. They were always checking on us and engaging, unlike other places that are cold and disinterested I found them genuinely warm. One of the management staff stopped and talked to us while we were relaxing in the main lobby having a drink and gave us great advice on some of the sites as well as a perfect recommendation on a Bourbon restaurant for dinner. Will definitely stay there again in the future.

Very nice and clean. Front desk help were always helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Room was very clean and smelled great. Breakfast wasn't the greatest but it worked for someone.

Very nice surprise. A very comfy suite equipped with a microwave, full refrigerator, and a stove top. And thr furniture is real chic. 5 stars from me

Short of staying at my own home or the home of someone I care about, I would consider Staybridge Suites. The staff and facilities are wonderful and up-to-date, the beds are very comfortable and the content of the rooms are nicer than most of what I own. I do not believe that I have ever stayed in a nicer Hotel, the cost initially caused me pause but you really do get what you pay for.

What a surprise. Never stayed at this brand so expectations were low. Blown away by the service of this hotel. Irene and Brenda were exceptional staff members answering all our questions and helping us find something out little wanted to eat. Mon-wed they have complimentary food at night and breakfast. Not a 5star restaurant but good and fill your belly after a day of driving. Will definitely stay here again. Very family friendly

Will equipped room. Great experience. My room was maintained very well. The layout was very nice. Only issue was if you sit on couch the AC unit blows directly on you. Gets you cold quick without the room being cold.

I didn't think the hotel liked like much, but our room was awesome with the kitchenette and beautiful decor. There is tons of natural light and the breakfast was awesome. On top of that, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. We'll definitely be back!

Front desk is very helpful, they accommodate your every needs. Cleaning crew does excellent job. There are tons of restaurants and big chain stores near by. I have nothing bad to say about this place as far.

Good place for solo fly by stays. Not the cleanest, nor the most well taken care of. Staff was limited and it showed with service. The one individual that was working did all she could. Good location for getting back on the road.

Hotel has recently undergone renovations and our room was very, very nice. Kitchenette contained everything we needed to make our stay feel homey. The staff was personable and professional. Breakfast was good, parking was plentiful. Only negative is thin walls, could hear tv next door all night.
