This is my second time coming here, the first was back in April for the badu concert. It was nice and clean then. Only thing is we asked for an iron and it took them forever to bring it . Fast forwardi went again Just this past saturday We only stayed for a night because it was a quick trip in and out, everything was perfect until I stepped into the bathroom and seen pubic hairs all over the walls, high up on the walls too, it was so freaking gross !! I told my friend that rented the room she needed to complain. Just sickening . I dint understand why there were hairs in the walls, it's just sick . I should be took a picture of it

The rooms appeared clean but inside the microwave and fridge was dirty, under the alarm clock was a sticky substance, Coke had been spilt and not cleaned up. On one occasion we had to leave the room early for one reason or another, upon arrival back to our room we noticed something was out of place. It took a min to figure it out but our pizza and bread sticks were missing, along with our 2 liter of Coke. When it was brought to the managers attention she refused to even consider that they did any wrong so we left.

This is one of the cleanest places I've ever stayed in. Newly remodeled. This is my second time staying here. Nice staff. I don't know what others are talking about, but I didn't see any riff raff hanging around. Will stay again when I'm in town.

All in all, we had a great experience. The day staff was very friendly. Recommended local food spots that were fantastic. Rooms are updated & clean. It was a pleasant surprise compared to seeing the outside of the building. Cleaning staff came daily & did a fantastic job. I will def stay again when coming up fo the expo nearby.

Not clean and put us in a room next to a noisy industrial laundry room. They did change our room for second night and offered a discount but what do you want, a discount or a good night's sleep? Also, pillows were rock hard.

No pet fees .awsome location staff was were helpful and nice. Also the waterfront park not to far and Abraham Lincoln statue close by as well. Enjoyed it here . But my favorite is the no pet limit or fees.

Excellent receptionists and housekeeping services and the room was clean with microwave and refrigerator. Free WiFi was so awesome especially we're from Australia. Cheers eee

Basic, no frills, small motel room at basic prices. Standard room has no fridge, no microwave. No breakfast, but Waffle House nearby. No in-room coffeemaker in standard rooms. Laminate floor ensures no bedbugs in your luggage.
"A nominal charge per day" is automatically and silently added to your bill for the small in-room safe. "Upon request, this charge can be removed at checkout. This charge is optional", so make sure you request they remove this optional, unmentioned fee from your bill. Automatically charging a hidden fee rather than including it in the room rate is sketchy at best.response / report this review -

Love this place. We went just to get away from home. With the price you can't beat it. Great value and nice rooms! The staff is incredible, especially Kelli, at the front desk! She is a foodie, so if you want to try new places you have to ask her!

I needed to stay in a location in the CBD but within walking distance of nightlife. This very nice hotel is right across the street from the Fourth Street Live area with multiple restaurant, shopping and entertainment venues. The suite price was very competitive, services great and both the suite and hotel were very nice.
