I saw after I booked this place it was ranked 2 stars, don't get it. For a lower cost motel, it is quiet and clean and the staff I encountered are friendly and polite. Will definately stay in the future

This hotel is a mixed bag for me right now. I've been here a few hours oh, I'm here for 2 days I'll re-evaluate my review when I check out. This is not in a good part of town oh, I had to pick up a beer bottle to back into the parking place in front of the room. There is no microwave refrigerator or coffee pot! Also HVAC system is an old-school dial or hot or cold very tough to regulate shower seems to have decent pressure for a motel that's a plus. I'll get back to y'all when I check out on Thursday.

If you end up in Louisville for a night or 2 , and realize you brought more luggage or items than you need.. then check on in!!..
The housekeeping staff will quickly ransack your room and lighten your traveling load.. But don't worry.. The gentleman at the front desk will polity dismiss your claim and then kick you out and if the property for smoking in the rooms.. "Even if you've never smoked a day in your life?.."
Reasonably priced..
And a perfect location to honestly consider catching a charge. ..

Rooms spacious clean very polite and professional female at check-in around 9:30 pm. Great price and dog friendly. Landscaping clean. I'll definitely stay next time that way on business.

A HUGE bedbug crawled out from behind the pillow within seconds of entering the room. The front desk didn't seem the least bit concerned. They did however put me in a new different room a few doors down. I checked they new room and found nothing, but I don't think that will be enough to stop the paranoid thoughts of getting bit.

Had an excellent stay at the Red Roof Inn. The renovations and updates were modern and use of the space was really well done. Big fan of the vinyl wood floors as opposed to the carpet. Gave it an extra feel of cleanliness.

It is a Very clean hotel, and very nice people working here!!!!! Our hotel room was very nice really liked that we had a mini fridge and microwave. Would definitely recommend!

The room was very nice for the price, they clean the rooms often, and they are very friendly. I enjoy their Redicard program. You earn points every night you stay.

Nice room for the price. Dog friendly and clean. Both are important to us. Nice staff. Night check in window not visible to parking lot, not the safest but we would definitely stay there again!

I want to say that this location was so helpful and made a room available for usv right away after a long drive overnight. Red Roof was also the only hotel that allowed dogs without ridiculous extra charges. Grunt desk was most present. The room was worth the price as well. Although I really appreciate everything I feel I need to mention for those that might find this important, there was a bit of an element staying there.

It's a place to lay your head. Staff was friendlythey said it was a smoke-free room but both rooms we had smelled off smoke. There was no iron nor ironing board in the room. Was able to get an iron but definitely on your own for a an ironing boarding. One last thing, the shower has 1 speed and that's HIGH & FASTI guess it's ok for guys but for women, we'll protect your boobs!

Fresh paint smell came in from outside the room, squeaky fan in the bathroom, and inconsistent water temperature in the shower. Clean rooms, just minor annoyances that kept it from being too notch
