The location is a little confusing to get to from the main road. But, once you walk in, the establishment is PHENOMENAL. The staff is professional and friendly. Rooms are immaculate and the layout of the building is "new person" friendly. It has an indoor pool that is clean and maintained. I highly recommend staying.

Extremely family oriented. Good location, a little more kid-heavy than I anticipated as a business traveler. Would bring my family on a different type of trip. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Lots of amenities.

This might be the best hotel I've ever visited. The rooms are great. The bed is perfect. Guest service is top notch. Amenities are plentiful. Their Kickback dinner and drinks offer is pretty fantastic. I'm 3 days into a 4 week stay, and so far I can't imagine anything negative to say about it. For the price This place is super nice.

The staff was friendly, courteous and professional. The room was clean. Happy hour was great. Breakfast was good. They could add bacon to their menu though. Great stay. Definitely will be back!

Nice staff at front desk. May be a little slow but they will eventually get to you request and they go out of their way to help. Very good breakfast and dinner.

Fantastic place to stay in Louisville. The free hot breakfast and dinner were great. Hotel staff was very accommodating and friendly. I would recommend staying at the Drury Inn to anyone.

A friend of the family said that they LOVE stay at a Drury Inn! I plan to be making a family trip so I decided to go and check out my local Drury Inn&suites Louisville East I must say I was blown away by the exceptional customer service the beautiful layout and all the great amenities including a pool a delicious breakfast and dinner! I can't wait to stay at Drury Inn on my family vacation plus I know the kids will love the free popcorn and soft drinks! BEST KEPT HOTEL SECRET!!!! I REALLY ENJOYED MY EAST LOUISVILLE DRURY!

We come here at least once or twice a year while my husband works and the staff is absolutely wonderful with our family and especially with our kids! They make us feel right at home, are extremely helpful with anything we may need and above all, they are genuinely just kind hearted people! The pool guy and the lady in charge of the kitchen are SO sweet to our kids and remember us every time we come which makes it that much more memorable! Keep up the great work and we'll see you guys soon!

My stay was very nice. The rooms were clean and very well maintained. There was a mini fridge and microwave in the room. My only concern was the shower did not have much pressure, which took more time. Breakfast was also very nice and staff was pleasant.

I only stayed in the hotel for an afternoon and one night, leaving early in the morning. The room was very nice though. Clean, comfy bed, TV with HBO on it, a high quality bathroom area and shower, and the temperature control in the room worked very well. Breakfast was hot and better than most hotels that size. There were scrambled eggs, sausage patties, breakfast potatoes, and biscuits and gravy, along with the normal cereal, yogurt, muffins, waffle maker, juice, milk, and coffee. The only negative was the bar closed very early! From 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm, there was dinner available and very cheap drinks (with a limit of 3 per person).

My daughter booked large group of rooms for her wedding party and everything was wonderful. The Brown was such a nice place to stay heavenly beds, luxurious bathrobes, clean and wonderful bathroom. We ate in the Club room one morning and had heavenly breakfast with room service once. The food was good and bar service prompt. The only problem .

The staff at the Drury are so kind and helpful. The service is great, they have very nice amenities (the building is relatively new, have anything you could want. An indoor/outdoor pool, a nice, well stocked workout room) and the rooms are also very nice. The staff could not be nicer! They actually make you feel that they're glad you are there! Location is very central to nearly everything. The interstate is nearby and easily accessed. Will certainly stay there again on our next visit to Louisville.
