I went in the store to buy a purse and the staff women was super rude and full of her self, the prize on the tag clearly says 40$ next to the old 60$ but turned out 60$ which can happen but she was so rude and was saying it's 60$ and even everyone around was saying it looks like 40 and and said ityou can look at the computer and there is nothing I do at the prize and wanted to bring the purse back to the shelf while I was still there She should be fired, very back customer service

My wife and I can relate to most of the reviews! We quit going there some time ago. The employees were very much into themselves. Looking in the mirrors and talking on their phones. My wife asked a question and came out to me, who was waiting, almost in tears. She said, “ All I did was ask them if they had a different size then the one displayed!”

Love Aldo! They are the only shoes I wear. The quality is awesome and they last for years. Every time I go into this store I am warmly greeted, but at the same time not bothered constantly by sales associates. Alex is, and always has been; a great help whenever I go into the store. I will continue to shop at this location and I highly recommend Aldo. Not just for their quality but for the professionalism of their management and sales associates.

I’ve shopped Aldo Shoes here and at the The Plaza in Kansas City. I do love the shoes, boots and bags, I have approximately 25 pairs of their shoes, boots and sandals. Most are of good quality, I have a few pair that have pulled apart, two pairs after only wearing them a couple times and they won’t replace them. The store is very small but it’s organized. I wish I could remember the associates name, he has blonde hair. he’s nice and the most helpful so for those disliking staff, I recommend you seek his help. Four stars, almost only went with three because of the poor quality of the mentioned shoes not being replaced and for encountering some rudeness. In addition, a friend only went in once with her pre-teen daughter and was not impressed with the unprofessional attire of a female associate so she won’t return or purchase anything from the store.
