Went and saw super troopers 2 movie was good but the a/c wasn't working at all so i spent 68 bucks to sweat my ass off with my children. No one tried to offer even a half off ticket or anything. I have been to starplex many times over years but this was the 1st time i left unhappy

I liked how clean this theatre was and I thought the chairs were comfy but I felt like this place had much more to offer and was not reaching it's potential.

Clean, cheap, and high quality.
Oddly enough the popcorn isn't great but other food options are great and not over priced.
The lowest priced of the EVO brand it's a great place for large groups with it's spacious and we'll kept theaters but for a more intimate setting and a meal the SPOT is the local theater of choice.response / report this review -

The place is ran by immature college students. My experience would've been great if it weren't for their rude attitudes. They had the nerve to flash their lights (on their phone) at me, as to say "hurry up and go." This place needs better quality staff.

Popcorn rates less than a 2 star rating - - it sucks. Every time I've had popcorn here it's of very poor quality. I just kept hoping that it would get better, but it hasn't. Can you possibly make having / serving good to great popcorn is a priority for your customers' satisfaction.
It's the easiest thing that you can do to increase your ratings.
The steps and aisle lighting in the theaters can be a hazard as it's very deceptive especially when using the steps going to the Stadium seating at the top. something different about it that I can't explain but it is a potential hazard.response / report this review -

First time here and I had no issues. It was pretty good. Went to see a movie on a Thursday evening so there weren't many people which is good that means no long waits.
The movie and sound were good and the seats are really comfortable, the seats are what made an impression for me.response / report this review -

Good place to see a movie on occasion. They are making improvements but it is still a hard place to see a movie with my wife because of corn allergy.

The staff were all friendly and helpful on my visit on July 4th, for which I give them credit. They could have been at a bbq or something. That said, theater 5 smelled like piss. I have a poor sense of smell and even I caught it; I feel for the people with functioning noses. I was 4th row up from the bar.

Awesome movie theater, for family’s and for watching movies not on release day. It’s best to go on weekdays, or on a Saturday and Sunday before 4. You’ll get the seat you want. The screens, projectors and surround are awesome quality for the price. Pretty clear and have never been given any trouble.

Theater 6 needs to be professionally inspected and disinfected. There was a strong smell of mildew, or possibly even urine. It was also a little stuffy in there, which didn't help the issue.
Staff was fine, audiovisual was good. Restroom was clean. That theater smell though!response / report this review -

I would describe Starplex are a very typical movie theater. Tickets are affordable, and concessions are always going to cost a little bit more than you wanted to pay. Of course, in addition to candy and soda, Starplex offers several beer options. Overall it's a good movie experience for both the family and college kid crowd. The movie screens are enormous, the projection is sharp, the staff is friendly, and the quality of the facility is top notch. This is a fine place to catch a movie.
