It's a decent theater. You can tell it is a bit aged with no reserved seating, dated restrooms, and older seats in the theaters. Still a decent theater.
Great place to go for spur of the moment movie trips. Always make sure to ask the ticket attention sant how packed the movie is before buying a ticket.
You can usually find tickets to shows starting in 10 minutes with less than 10% full. Drinks must be refilled by the concession employees. Popcorn has always been good and I love the self-serve jalapeños on the end caps.
Definitely recommend for casual movie going experience.
Had never visited before, but this is by far a very nice theater. Aside from not being able to butter your own popcorn off to the side of the concession lines, the seats are plenty roomy and comfortable making the movie experience decidedly enjoyable on all fronts.
I wish the staff would reflect a little of the excitement of the movie going crowd. Somedays the workers seem to be like drones struggling to get through another day. The seats in the auditoriums are comfortable and clean. The bathrooms are clean. The concession lines are long, even for matinees. A few smile would increase my movie going experience.
The theaters and bathrooms are always well maintained. The only complaint that I have is how long it takes to get through the concession stand. They seem to be a little understaffed. Everyone is always very friendly though and they do their best. The seats are comfortable, but there isn't much leg room so if you are really tall then you might feel a little bit crowded.
Other than in foreign countries, we had not watched a movie on the big screen since the late 70s. At home we have a movie library and watch movies when they are released for purchase. Google offered a FREE Movie perk on ATOM App. Transaction could only be completed if I had a smart phone. Went to the Regal Cinema 1215 o'clock movie anyway & watched " Murder on the Orient Express" our two tickets were cheap: $16.20. A medium size popcorn was more than one ticket. The butter poured into Paper Bag of popcorn leaked. Our seats were very comfortable and positioned at right elevation level for viewing. There is also choice Special Wheel Chair Accessible seating. It is a small theater but my wife thought the audio was too soft, There were No distraction from audience noise. Only six of us were in Theater #5. Most were going to the new Star Wars movie.
.
Good Theater and Sound. Plenty of room in comfortable chairs. Ample parking although somewhat lacking in #DisabledParking but a decent effort if not yet complete. The differing theaters are rather tightly spaced, for the Good as it takes minimal walking to reach your specific one. Normal range of refreshments. All in All a place I'll return to but Not in Peak Times! Easy access to Major auto routes.
Terrible place, bad management disgusting seats. My husband, daughter and I went to watch a movie here and throughout the movie felt small bugs crawling all over my arms. I was so uncomfortable but at the same time didn't want to ruin the movie for others and waited till it was over. Shined my phone light on the seat and saw an infestation of what I think was baby spiders. When I notified the manager Scott Stailey his response was "I'm sorry I don't know what to tell you it's a big building and we do get bugs." Granted he said they would take care of it, but didn't ask "Can you please show me so I can see exactly where they are and what they are?" I understand places get bugs, but not an entire infestation, especially if the building is being cleaned regularly, something like this would not be overlooked. I really do hope they take care of this, as for me I will NOT be returning.
No happy with the food service here. The guy at the counter was great, his cook support, not so much. Half of the registers were empty and each cashier gets the food by themselves. 5 lines 8 or more deep. I told the manager but he seemed out of his element and frankly didn't listen to my suggestions. To top it off, there was extra staff that wasn't deployed to help during the rush. It ain't rocket science but apparently the manager can't rise to the occassion. Our cashier was awesome but let down by a lack of support.
I've attended this theater around 20 times, and this theater is just okay. It's a good location and they always have the newest best movies and it never sells out that I've seen. However the staff although friendly are very slow and it takes a good 15-20 minutes to get through the concession line so arrive early for that. Also the theaters smell musty or moldy not sure why and some times the projector isn't lined up with the screen properly I generally go here for average movies coming out but if I am really excited for a film and want a top of the line theater experience I go elsewhere like the Alamo draft house. Hope this helps.
The theater is clean but the staff is less then enthusiastic to help. The person taking tickets was robotic the last time I was there even though she couldn't remember her greeting. The lines for the snack bar moved quickly thanks to a few quick staff but they had little help.
The staff at the ticket kiosks are very friendly and patient. And inside the staff are also friendly and helpful. The seats are bucket style seating with headrests. They don't lean back though. Food is priced as one would expect at a theatre. Screens are good, sound is great, and it is not filthy at all. VERY clean.
Ok, love the location, prices are alright. Most employees I've interacted with in the 22 times I've visited (yes, exactly 22, thank you regal app) have been pleasant. But, please for the love of god, get your concession staff to move with a sense of purpose (that means faster). Snails pace doesn't describe how slow these kids work. But why would you when there is no incentive I guess ? I dunno, if I were the manage I would encourage a little hustle behind the counter.
Movie was enjoyable and there was plenty of parking. The seats were not overly comfortable for a two hour period and the theater had kind of a musty or mildewy smell. Not bad overall but definitely not my first choice to see a film next time.
Went to see Wonder Woman at 7pm 15 June 17 and in theater 13 Air conditioning was not working properly. I had asked a manager what issue was he stated its warm in there and you should have been told and they will look at it in morning. We were not informed. My wife couldn't stay awake because it was so hot and I had to drink 2 bottles of water to recover.
