I put my bike their for a top end rebuild crank was fine they say.I got one ride out my bike and it died. Come to find out their was a leak n the crank seal or sum.I asked shop how was crank they agreed it was n good shape,then when bike blew up taking new parts with it.The shop shop tell me that they dont feel they should buy any parts .I just was wondering who is at fault for this they tell me it's my problem basically.I put bike n for top end rebuild had them check crank and give their opion i went with them and my bike is worse then it was be for I took it their. I'm not trying to make them look bad just letting people no they don't stand by their work. My name is Ryan just ask them how this played out 😕😡😤😕I no their is sum kind of test that could have saved this from happening.

I've taken my KLR in 4 times during the last 3 years and only received outstanding help from this family shop. They seem particularly knowledgeable and experienced with dual sport and dirt bikes. They bailed me out on a tire I tried to mount at home, but couldn't get balanced, and then installed chain/sprockets while the wheel was off. They were aware and experienced with a rebuild kit for a petcock housing that had been dripping gasoline in my garage. They found and fixed an exhaust leak. While the bike was taken apart, they routinely tightened loose fasteners and found/fixed small problems that I didn't know about. Yet their prices are reasonable. Every time I've handed them my credit card, I feel like I'm getting a great deal. I plan and look forward to having them do some suspension work in the future. These guys have earned 5 stars and a recommendation from me because they have helped me keep my KLR's downtime to an absolute minimum. Thanks Guys.

Been doing business with Star Cycles for over 9 years. A family owned and operated business that you can trust. They provide excellent service work, and most importantly they stand behind their work. Would not take my four wheelers or dirt bikes anywhere else. You wont be disappointed.

I've been doing business with Star Cycles for the last 2 years. I highly recommend them. The powder coating job they did on the frame & hubs of my son's bike was outstanding. In fact, he's convinced that this helped him win a couple of races! More likely it was the engine tune-ups they did on the bike. These guys go that extra step to get it right. We wish we had found them sooner.
