Thank you guys so much for getting Spartan Stoneworks back on the road! One of our trucks was badly damaged in the hurricane and Universal Collision did a fantastic job of replacing the bed and letting us get back to work. Can't thank you all enough!

Horrible customer service. Was told my car would take 5 working days from a Tuesday. I called on Friday to check and was told it would be ready on Tuesday. I called again on Monday to make sureoh wait, now it will be ready sometime this week. I called again on Thursday.oh wait, now it will be ready next Friday. Apparently telling me that my car is locked away for another WEEK isn't important. Lord only knows if I'll get my car back before 2018 and I'll only know if I call them. I'll never use this shop again.

Good job on the body work but messed up my air conditioner in the process. Went without air for 2 days, bout died. But they did fix it and paid for a rental car for me while they had my air fixed. Nice and friendly employees and apparently the person who messed the air up doesn't work there anymore. Would definitely recommend them for body work.

Repaired minor damage, AS stated ON time and guaranteed their work. Only negative is minor need for more attention to detail. A little extra time to ensure a little piece needed reattached and wipe off their grease pencil marks around areas not repaired.

Universal Collision is the best body shop in Tallahassee. They consistently strive to go above and beyond. When my truck was damaged I took it to the Tennessee St location. The work was completed when they said it would be completed, and the finished product looked great. I will always use Universal Collision any body work, and I recommend them to anyone needing work completed. Car accidents are not an enjoyable experience but working with Universal Collision made my situation much easier. Thank you for the great work!

They wouldn't repair a small piece of my bumper that was missing some screws and said I had to replace the entire thing for over $1,000. I went to Capital City Collision and they repaired it for a $10 tip.
