I usually don't take time to write reviews like this, but I have to give all of the folks at Premier a big shout-out this time. We were in the market for a Ford F-150. The guys at Premier, Tom, Marty and J.R. found exactly what we were looking for, kept us updated throughout the process, answered the many questions we had, and then walked us through the paperwork, explaining things as they went. We love our new truck and could not be happier. Although this is my first review of Premier, this is the fourth car we have bought from them over the years, and we have been very pleased with every one of them. My Dad and father-in-law have also bought cars from Premier and have had the same experience we had. I will never buy a car from anyone else.

Wouldnt touch this place with a 10 foot pole. I was in the market for a 7.3 and they had one that was a little banged up but started and ran good at the time. These guys will tell you what you want you hear. I asked if the injectors have been service and they said oh they had to have been for how good this thing is running, well 6 months later i have a 7,000 pound paper weight i paid 8500 for. I tried emailing them with no response. I know i took a chance on a used vehicle and should never take salesman word for anything, but i thought they would wanna keep a good rep and do the right thing, but they just ignore me..lesson learned.

JR was super pleasant during the entire purchase of my 2005 Jeep Rubicon Unlimited. One of the smoothest transactions ever, actually. I truly commend him on being an excellent salesman. But not an excellent service man.

I found out they advertised and sold me a non-rubicon model, but sold it at a Rubicon value and both Craigslist and their website clearly said Rubicon. This thing even had Rubicon stickers on the vehicle.

The price negotiation was based solely upon the fact it was a Rubicon and after confronting the issues directly with them over multiple calls, they never rectified the situation. Ended up paying 3000 more than the vehicle was worth based on NADA values without any consideration from this dealer to do the right thing.

Also their finance company GatewayOne lending and finance was one of the worst finance companies I've ever dealt with. Took me over 30 days to get my lien released after payment was sent, with lie after lie. On the way to write them a review as well. I thought the dealership not rectifying their mistake was bad, but I've never dealt with as many issues as I ever had with this financial company.

Do not recommend buying unless you do your own homework 110% and bring your own money.

I've dealt with Marty Libby (of Premier Motors) numerous times through the years. My most recent purchase was less than a month ago, and I expect I'll purchase a truck from him within the next two days. I trust him implicitly, and I recommend that anyone in search of a vehicle check with him before signing on the line anywhere else!
