This was my first time at Capital Eurocars. Having recently moved to Tallahassee from Atlanta where we used Mercedes of Buckhead, I was very pleased with the service I received from Capital Eurocars. Michelle Albert was fantastic --very responsive and kept me updated. The work was done before I expected and they even took care of an outstanding recall. It was great to see the service they provided as my husband and I both have Mercedes and are happy that we will have such a great group to service our car.

My husband and I had an amazing experience from start to finish at Capital Eurocars thanks to our awesome salesman, Claude Rabbath - he was great! I highly recommend requesting him if you’re in the search for a new vehicle as he’s 100% honest and straightforward throughout the process. Prior to visiting the dealership, Claude and I conversed back-and-forth via email, he was quick to respond and provided numbers and figures as requested, as well as available inventory options. We visited the dealership to meet with Claude three times before deciding to move forward with a Mercedes Benz. Claude answered all of my questions, was patient and knowledgeable - knew everything about the cars I was interested in seeing (both BMW and Mercedes Benz) and their features - and more importantly, although I was indecisive, he wanted to make sure I felt confident in my final decision. That right there is what makes a good salesman, someone who cares about you, not just the deal. Must also mention, he also worked hard to get us a price we were comfortable with. I look forward to a great relationship with Claude and Mercedes!

Overall the lot has good customer service however it's always opportunity for improvement. The services department is Awesome. Tony your the BEST. Not to mention the healthly free snack they offer. Now that's thinking about your customers while they're waiting. How outstanding is that. Also the difference varieties of beverages. All free! I must say they are the best in Florida do to my experience at other dealerships. FYI never go down South to Mercedes dealerships. The experience is horrible and customer service is extremely poor.

From start to finish, this experience was great. Our sales guy - Angus Thomas - was wonderful. He could answer all my questions, knows everything about the car and it's features, and is not high pressure at all. He let me proceed at my own pace. All went well, and I appreciate the gracious care we received.
