i was stranded in martins ferry with no reception or options. i was told they would diagnose my van and call me first, so they tow my van 10 miles from my position tops and went ahead and repaired my van with no permission from me.i was charged $400 dollars for a $30 distributor cap! THESE PEOPLE ARE CRIMINALS STAY THE HELL AWAY TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ANYWHERE ELSE . thieves and liars is what they are .

They were like vultures and very pushy. Would not give my fiance a price on the car he was inquiring about even tho they had him test drive it and we were there for over an hour. We drove away.
