The rooms were comfortable and simple, it was perfect for the price. Also offers a pretty deck on the river we used to get some work done on our laptops.

Great location. Walking distance to beach and restaurants. Yes rooms are small but cozy, but you stay here for the great service and location. Will come back here again

I was there on July 17th 2017 in room 132. The room was neat and clean. It was small but very cozy. The room had a great view and a furnished patio area. I liked the pool and that the parking space was just a few steps from the room. The guy at the front desk was very helpful and even provided a family member that wasn't staying with me a parking permit for two days even though it was in the middle of summer when it's very busy and nearly impossible to find parking anywhere in Clearwater beach. I would definitely go back and recommend to family and friends.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Literally two blocks from the beach. A friendly and warm staff, that helped us with all our needs. Would definitely visit again!

We were in town for a wedding and this resort was fantastic for what we needed. The staff was very friendly. The amenities are nice, you can sign out bicycles as well as beach chairs and umbrellas, free of charge. Very close to the beach, and on a quiet street. Both pools are lovely.

Not to fancy, basic. Good location. Decent price. Beach cruisers were a plus. The locks on the doors to the room need to be upgraded. Pool and cookout area was nice. 3 and 3/4 stars.

Friendly service and a neat location with real retro character. The courtyard area with palms and grills is very welcoming. Kitchen and fridge are nice if you're sick of eating out all the time. Feels like vacation at your grandma's condo On site parking for free seals the deal.

We came over for the night from Orlando for the Sugar beach sandcastle fireworks and the sunset, we booked it in the UK and emailed ahead and the guiys there took care of our requests.
The Motel room was clean and spacious , we had a room next to the pool on the ground floor, the pool was warm and welcoming after the drive down and a stop at bush Gardens on the way.
The rear of the motel looks out into a bay and there where Pelicans Herons and other birds flying around and fishing, it was a fantastic view.
Parking was easy they give you a tag to pop on the interior mirror, I had to ask for a bottle opener which was provided promptly, after a glass of wine it was a walk down to the beautiful beach which was still really busy at 5.30 pm, we had a slow walk around and watched the festival and enjoyed the sunset from the pier. The firework display was fantastic.
We had a great nights sleep, i was up at 6am so had a walk around Clearwater, I did think Clearwater would be bigger but enjoyed a 2 hour walk around, will defiantly go back and hopefully we can stop here again for more nights, Thanks for having us!

Cool place to stay for vacation. Short walk to the beach and pier. Lots of local food places. Hotel itself has a nice view and a nice pool. Rooms have mini kitchens too.

When planning our 'round Florida Trip, I looked for a place to stay 2 nights in Clearwater that was not far from the beach and that could offer a small kitchen for cooking, and that's what we got here. It was clean, it was quiet, the folks at the desk were friendly. It is 2 blocks from the beach (5 minute walk at most), and parking was easy. We really appreciated the chairs and umbrella we could check out for the day, and we loved being able to cook for ourselves each night. Our room had a balcony overlooking the lagoon, and it wasn't spectacular, but it was nice to sit outside and take in the air rather than just sit in at the table or on the sofa. Tip: if you've not been to Florida before, go and buy bottled water (or gallon jugs) to make your coffee, as the water in the state is retched, but that's not something the hotel can control. :-) We're planning a trip back in 2018 and have Sta N Pla on our list of a place we'd happily stay again.

The location was great and staff was very friendly. Check in was quick and simple and there was always a staff member available at the front desk to dress any needs, questions, concerns, or curiosity. The room was stacious, clean, had a nice little kitchenette and just enough comfortable amenities. Everything was cozy and well maintained. There was enough parking and and in walkable distance to the beach, food, and attractions. We enjoyed our three days stay with a balcony facing hey beautiful marina view.

Loved the location. Only two blocks from the beach. Very easy walking distance to the Main Street & beach walk. Also loved that it sits on part of the marina so you can sit on the back deck and still feel like you are on the water. Pool was clean. Room was clean. This is a very practical and pleasant place to stay. Family friendly. It is not fancy or extravagant. It is simple and basic. For the price and location it is a great choice.
