This place is the cutest, well kept, tropical, private, laid back, relaxing place we have stayed at in Clearwater Beach!!!!! The NICEST staff!!!!!! We had a blast!!!! We will come back here, soon!!! Coffee by the pool every morning!!!!!😆😆😆😆😆

Fantastic manager Andrea helped me and my Sista out a couple times with info and flower delivery and keys. Loved our room very clean comfy mattress and nice kitchen setup. Even closer to the best part of the beach than I thought. Took as many pictures of the grounds and plants than the beach, just wonderful. You guys rock and i will miss my home away from home. I mean my cabana WOOHOO.

The rooms were clean. The whole place was very quaint. The location is nice because it's in a quieter part of Clearwater and also very close to the beach. There are lots of options for food as well.

This hotel was a very pleasant surprise. The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome. Really enjoyed the pool. Rooms were spacious and clean. Quiet end of the beach but close enough to walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Can't wait to return again. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Our room was spacious with a view of the pool. Everything was clean and very welcoming. The property is lite with stringed lights and the landscaping is beautiful! Walking distance to the beach, and restaurants. It's on the quite end if the island so no road or crowd noise. Just fell in love with the place!

I love this hotel and Emory and Mark! They make sure you have a great time and are so nice to be around. When we arrived this time for the boat races they had a couple bottles of water, a couple beers and a magnum ice cream cone in the fridge for us. Who does that?? What a thoughtful and kind gesture. I love it at North Sunrise and will always stay with them anytime we stay in Clearwater Beach. It is just like old time Clearwater how the mom and pop places used to be before all the big hotel chains took over! Emory is so hot!! HA HA he told me to say that! Anyway if you want to stay at a place that is old time Florida ran by great people then stay at North Sunrise. Or you can spend a ton of money on a fancy hotel but I don't think you will enjoy it as much..
