I enjoyed my stay and the breakfast was delicious every morning. Staff was always friendly and had personal touches leaving cards and their names. I would definitely stay again.

Very clean Hotel. Huge variety of foods to select from for breakfast. They bake fresh cookies that are available in the lobby of the hotel. The are delicious.
The only thing I would change is the parking lot for closer access to your vehicles but, they do have carts available to carry luggage to and from hotel. I would definitely stay there again.response / report this review -

From the outside this place looks like it never slows down. I was a little hesitant to book this hotel. Boy am I glad I did despite some of the usual rude know-it-all customers the staff here is very welcome and very warming I'm so very helpful. I had a lot going on with hurricane and life at that point and let me tell you every person I spoke with down there made me smile made my day just a little better. The inside is very cozy very country and cute. Their breakfast is a little dainty not much to it so I won't really give a lot of comments on that lol. Waffles are good though and Bob Evans is right across the street

The Staff was so kind&good to My Family&I !!! We couldn't return home cause the storm made our home unsafe&unhealthy.We got a room through FEMA but we were not treated any different if anything, we were treated better. Helped a lot to take the stress off of having a safe place to stay so I can concentrate on finding us a home&replace things that was ruined.

Everyone was very, very friendly and kind. The lady at the desk even upgraded us to a suite because we explained this was one of our many stops for our honeymoon. They called moments after we got into our room to be sure everything was OK with the room. There's also a nice complimentary breakfast.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was decent. However on our second morning the juice/water dispenser machine was broken and there was no alternative. So the only thing they had for kids was plain milk. When I asked for water all they said was sorry. With all that said, I would come back because overall the place was nice and well kept.

The room wasn't in terrible disrepair, it looked like somebody tried to touch up the paint on the walls, but couldn't find the matching color. The check-in process was weird, the night front desk guy Brian checked us in quickly, but he spent the whole time complaining and chatting with another front desk attendant about some guests they believed were lying about how many people they had in their room. I asked Brian if I could have some water bottles like they gave me at the last country inn I stayed at, he said my Carlson status wasn't good enough 😔 Also on a side note, I guess the hotel is frequented by folks going to the Seminole casino, so its just normal to get woken up at 3 am by drunk folks slamming doors and making a ruckus in the hallway.

Great rates, and customer services. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was decent for a hotel. My only negative review would be that the room could have been cleaner. I'm a very detail oriented person so I may have noticed things that others would not.. Overall a great stay and location, especially for concerts at the amphitheatre.

Very nice place but you better have an extra $100 to check in even after I paid for my room ahead of time, they still charged my card and held hostage my money in the bank for more than 5 days I had money but for others that may not have the money they can get an overdraft on there card . And let me tell you they have a sign as you walk in about there $100 extra charge and they also say there not responsible for any overdrafts if the money is not in the account. .this is no way to treat your guests and hurt other financially with the sign they could careless , next time I'll pay extra and stay across the street at the Hamptons inn and not get a extra charge on my trip like the country Inn & suites does.

My wife and I needed a room for the evening waiting for our new home to be ready so we chose Country Inn and Suites as we have stayed at them in the past. This time around we are not happy with the rooms cleanliness and the staff. This hotel looks nice from the outside and the lobby is clean but our room is a dump. Stained carpets, dark ,dingy and an over all crackhead resort feel. The staff are unfriendly and make you feel like you're unimportant. Don't waste your money on this chit hole. There is better in the area for the money.
