Perfect spot, within easy walking distance to the pier and all it has to offer. Each of the rooms are decorated differently so be sure to surf their website to find what appeals to you. Morning breakfast is continental so if you want hardier fare stroll over to one of the restaurants by the pier. I will stay here again unless we are renting a house. Covered parking is a plus and the coffee machine in the lobby is fancy and will make all kinds of hot beverages. The price was reasonable. The King and Prince has moved to second place on my list of places to stay. Though our room was small, it was cozy and comfortable and perfect for a couple. Definitely give it a look before simply booking wherever you normally stay!

I stayed there for a night on a business trip. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel itself was quiet and located in a beautiful part of the island. The breakfast served was excellent before I left. Overall, it was a great stay.

St. Simons Inn by the Lighthouse is a great condo hotel. Each room's decor is different and unique. Similar to a bed and breakfast, they offer great continental breakfast, gourmet coffee and you can walk to town. RENT ROOM 102, newly renovated bedroom and the owner's are renovating bathroom this year as well. Wonderful place.

Stayed there just one night. Room was nice, staff was friendly. Breakfast was ok. Location was good. Parking needs some work really.. Very tight quarters for a full size vehicle.

Decent hotel by the beach when we first arrived the young man working the night shift was very unresponsive breakfast and there is no cooked breakfast only pre-made options orange juice is in a juice box. Room seemed clean and comfortable. And the lady working the morning shift was much more Hospitality oriented.

Friendly staff. Nicely decorated cozy rooms. Free breakfast. Free coffee available all the time. Coffee machine makes flavored mochas and cappuccinos. I wish I had one at home. Great location. Walking distance to the beach, pier, shopping and restaurants. 😍❤ We plan on going back again.

The floor in our room was falling out and the smell of mold was overwhelming. When I told the desk clerk his only response was that he could reduce the price of the room by $20.00 but that is all he could do.
After telling him that I was going to need to speak to the Manager, an empty room miraculously came open and we were able to change rooms.
The second room that he put us in, the toilet didn't work. So I would have to say thus was a very bad experience and that I would never stay in this hotel again.

Clean, updated, and comfortable. Our room had a view of another roof, so nothing to really look at there, but what is the view worth when EVERYTHING you may want to see is a close walk. Cable tv worked well. A/c kept the room cool, bedding was soft amd comfy - would return to stay here if I found myself back in St. Simons.

Rooms were a step up from a regular room by decor and updates, smallish in size but not undesirably so. Great location walking distance to shopping/dinning strip, beach, museum, lighthouse. Location was beautiful. Continental breakfast as expected. I booked this room for a discounted ratewould have been dissappointed if I had paid full price.

The location is excellent - not only is it right across the street from the lighthouse and the beach, it's within comfortable walking distance of the Pier Village with its shops and restaurants. The facilities are fairly new and in good condition, and our room looked very attractive. The complimentary breakfast has adequate variety (though nothing gourmet, for sure). Our shower could not get past lukewarm, which was clearly something needing servicing. What can't easily be serviced was the fact that walls and ceiling were seemingly paper thin! Had to sleep with the fan running to help drown out the noise, but it didn't fix it entirely. The person running the desk acknowledged that this was a common complaint, so it wasn't just us. Overall, I believe we'd stay there again because of the good price and excellent location.

Me and my wife loved it. It's the best room we've ever stayed in. Everything was clean. The bathroom was huge and the shower was tile with sliding glass door. Built in music player system with speakers over the bed. It was decorated in way that Made it feel more like staying in a beach house than a hotel. Would love to go back.

A wonderful location! It is right across the street from the lighthouse and museum and the beach. It is within easy walking distance (2-4 blocks) from the Welcome Center and the restaurant and shopping area. No need to drive at all. Parking is located beneath the Inn. An elevator or stairs will take you up to the first floor lobby and rooms. The rooms are clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. Breakfast is included and available until 10:00 am. We will definitely keep this at the top of our list of places to stay on Saint Simon's Island.
