Service sucks morning and day staff is rude and unprofessional they don't clean room when you rent by the day just a horrible place to stay never again

Walking to my room through the hallways, it smelled like pee. The room had a musky smell to it. The curtains in the room looked like someone cut them up with a knife. I found a large roach in the bathtub after being in the room for less than 5 minutes. I proceeded to kill it and not 2 minutes later another large one step up to take its place. I guess at least one has to be on duty at all times. At that point I left and requested a refund, which they did, but Im still waiting for it to deposit into my account.

Completely overpriced at $59 for the room. Non of the outlets worked, the alarm clock, I needed to use because I could charge my phone, was physically broken, shower was covered in soap scum and hair. This isn't a Clarion property anymore and the staff makes sure you know they are now independent. If I were Clarion I would be pissed the new owners are representing their brand like this because the Clarion signage is still in place. Office was locked at checkout, and another person left a profanity laced note on the door expressing a similar experience. My son threw the note away because he didn't want the new owners to see it.

This is the most filthy hotel I've ever been to. The carpets are covered with stains, bed sheets are not clean, bathroom has mold & the toilet bowel had urine on it. There are bedbugs in the beds. You're better off sleeping in your car.

I wish I could give no stars. This is the worst hotel that I have ever stayed at in my life. The bath tub was dirty, bedding and pillows had stains. Smoke alarm was hanging off the wall with no batteries in it. A roach was crawling on the wall. The microwave didn't work and the carpet had filthy stains. I went to the front desk to ask the clerk if I could move to another room. They refused to move me and rudely told me that I could go to another hotel if I didn't like it. Remind you I am 7 months pregnant, it's night time, and I am traveling with 7 & 10 year old girls. The room was also prepaid for 2 days when I reserved it online. They offered no refund or nothing.

Absolutely the worst place I have ever stayed at. The service was awful. When we requested fresh towels and wash clothes we was questioned why did we need more. Then we had to wait 30 minutes before we received and service. The rooms smelled of mildew. No remote control for the television and we small bugs in the room​.

Hotel is undergoing renovation. I did not get a new room but the bed was okay. The pool wasn't yet open but looked nice. Saw they were putting in laminate flooring, really liked that. Might return after renovations if they were to make it nonsmoking.

Do not stay at this hotel staff is lazy, not friendly and this hotel rooms smell like cigarettes even the non smoking rooms, there is mold in bathrooms, linens are not fully cleaned and the room we stayed in 145 had best bugs. When I called to complain after taking my family to the doctor the hotel denied it, they were the only hotel we stayed at and we know our families home does not have bedbugs. Do not stay here
